Contactibility Reviews Fraud Complaint - Ripped Off big time, agents do not waste your money here. Contactability reviews fraud complaint fraud Contactibility rep told me that I would get a full refund of returned bad leads once reported, then stated a day later that they dont refund leads period!!! Took $1000 of my money and werent willing to refund, I finally got a refund through my credit card and won the dispute because Visa could clearly tell that they were lying . I will nver work with Contactability reviews them as a fraud outfit, they will steal your money !!! Beware ! I am NOT a competitor posting a fake report , I buy leads from multiple companies and have for over ten years. Contactability also posts fake reviews of themselves on phony sites like resellerratings.com to try to negate bad reports online, which is why you dont see too many bad reviews because they control the organic listings ,you need to look on this site or sites like this to find out the truth about fraudulent companies like Contactability (my reviews of them are that they screwed me over) Costa Mesa California

At the end of the day, when you evaluate the companies you work with, Contactability leaves you high and dry. Promises without follow thru. The unprofessionalism and disregard for those working with them is truly astounding. My advice is to look elsewhere. Unless your okay with compromising all you stand for. Your better off going with another similar resource.

The CEO Lev Barinsky is an amatuer and imposter. He misleads his own employees, he misleads clients, and that is a sign of an inexperienced CEO with unethical practices at the cost of those around him. Beware

The company is marketing in my case, life insurance leads produced "organically" from several websites. They get you to make a deposit and then send leads that match your settings. very quickly I could see that the leads were not viable, bad phone numbers, bad names, people when you could reach them didn't know what I was talking about. Contactability did change the demographics and things slowed down, but then all of a sudden I would get for no logical reason a burst of leads and have to request credits. Last week over 2 days, while I was out of the office and before I could "pause" my account, another burst of strange leads, and before I could request credits, and before receiving all past credits, my account "balance" dropped and they hit my credit card on back to back days. Now they don't want to refund the charges, they want me to take more leads until the accoutn balance is down to zero because I cancelled my account.

Don't do what I did. Buy lottery tickets instead, you will have a better chance of making some money

I signed up for Contactability, a lead generating program for insurance agencies. They explained to me I could focus my leads based upon telephone area codes. Well, I did that, for two area codes in the state of California, which is where I'm licensed to offer insurance.

Despite this, I received calls from people in Arizona and Georgia. Contactability has a mechanism for requesting a refund, which is actually easy to use, however, the fact that these were leads I'm legally not allowed to solicit, does not constitute a refund, according to Contactability. My leads were also all supposed to be "Good Drivers" with no DUIs, no suspended drivers licenses, no SR-22s, etc., and about half of them were people my agency can't work with due to these issues.

The other half of the people who called either had no clue why they were being offered insurance! A few of our callers from the Contactability phone number were trying to get in touch with their existing insurance carriers!

False Advertising, Piss-poor customer service, horrible leads, all for exorbitant prices.

Take your money somewhere else and save yourself the headache!

I attempted to work a large number of their leads from exclusive to shared. The majority of their exclusive leads were purchased from a lead farm or other sites spill off (aged leads) and not generated by them as they said. I had been with contactability for two years and most of the so called leads I received were junk or for other products I don't sell. Up until recently I was able to get credit for the leads that were obviously bad, ex: john smith @ 555-555-5555), but rather than fixing the crap they send out to agents they decided to denied all credits. I have received 6 disconnected numbers and multiple obviously junk leads over the past week they refuse to credit(EX:Barack Obama). I currently have an account credit and they refused to refund it, not what i was originally told. Don't waist your money.

I have been doing internet leads for almost 20 years. This company has been the worst lead supplier that I have experienced! They lied to me and said the leads were 100% customer generated and no aggregated leads. So far EVERY lead that I have received was BOGUS. None of the prospects requested a quote and most have been bothered for months by other agents. At first they agreed to give me a refund and then a mangager called me and said he wanted to try to fix the leads and will call back. They never called back./ Contactability has refused to give me any refund. They want me to let them keep all my money and for me to spend 100's of hours casing down their bogus leads. STAY FAR AWAY!

Contactability advertises as a company to provide agents with real time lead transfers. There were no leads in my territory but they took my money anyway. After waiting for 4 months and only receiving 1 lead, I requested for my account to be closed and for a refund. Only after contacting the Better Business Bureau, they issued a partial refund and is holding on to my other funds. Agents dont trust this company, they are hard-up for cash and will do anything not to return your funds.
