In late march order compression items. Ordered 2XL, but received XL. Called customer service and got return authorization. Items returned next day. Item originally ordered not available in size originally ordered so I selected a different item. Authorized additional cost CC payment.
After several days called to check on the order but was told it would take 5 to 7 business days. Waited and called back. Was told the items would be shipped from manufacturer. Then about a week or so ago, I was told the item was discontinued. At that time I informed the rep that I was tired of waiting and wanted a refund but was told that was not an option. Asked to talk to a manager but the customer service reps refused to put me through to someone in authority or provide me with contact information.
After several emails they continued to answer my questions and stonewalled on providing any useful information regarding their "policy". Last Friday, went back out to their Website and took screen shots of the item I ordered and it still shows available and in stock.
I am told a store credit or a refund less 25% stocking fee were the only options. When questioning why a restocking fee when there was no restocking, was just told these were the only options available to me. Several of the people I've talked to are the same people I see on other reports.
This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks that forget to tell each other the lies they tell so at least the story stays the same. First the item was shipped tehn the next day it is out of stock and will not be shipped for 2 weeks and then it is being cross shipped from the manufacturer and then they could not come up with a tracking number and the lies went on---mean while my CC was debited. They have my money and I have a pak of lies. Stswy away from these bandits.
