I ordered two compression garments from this company, one was satisfactory, but the fabric the second was made of was so harsh that it would be unbearable to wear. I contacted the company and was advised I could return this item for exchange, which I did, following their return directions.
After a month I had not received the agreed exchange so tried to contact the company to ask if it had been sent, and if not could they please do so or issue a refund. They emailed back a generic response saying they would reply more fully as soon as they had investigated my concern ...
I did not hear anything further. After a week I telephoned and left a message, which was not returned. Subsequent attempts to reach the company have elicited no response at all, so I have finally contacted the disputes department of my credit card company for their assistance.
