This company has an ubelievably low rating score all over the internet. They are absolute scum,the death penalty is too good for them. This is basically no different than Section 8 Housing but this time you pay money for it. They did absolutely no background checks,they never repaired anything,they allow students that get arrested for drugs,DUI and selling of narcotics other serious crimes to continue living there even during and after their arrest. The students continue to be there as long as they to pay their rent otherwise they tell you to eat s**t.
When I first arrvied there I literally had to clean up the entire apartment myself at my own expense the fridge was filled with spoiled food for up to two years in which none of the original room mates there refused to ever clean. I was pretty much babysitting these overgrown children that refused to clean up after themselves now you know how most millenials truly are. There was even a pot filled with food that was pure white and black with mold left on the stove for almost a year. These retards are mentally unstable and are not being held responsible for anything.
A room mate had gotten arrested for underage drinking 3 times in a row only to respond late at night to police knocking at my door bringing in this handcuffed retard each time for drinking and arrested by police from a different jurisdiction each time. The fourth time he was drunk and passed in front of someone's doorout at a different end of the building after knocking on random doors mistaking other doors for his room.
This same drunkard leaves beer cans all over the apartment only to knock them over spilling over all over the carpet. The same idiot brings his friends over only to snort cocacine and other narcotics on my kitchen and living room table and leaving powder everywhere. I should have reported it to the police and placed a lawsuit but I was too busy with college to bother wasting my time on useless crap like this.
The useless slumlord Wayne Shaw continues to allow drug addicts and drunkards to continue to live in these apartments and even raised our rent which is also illegal. I was pretty much overpaying and they raised them even higher. This scumbag is living proof that Collegiate Housing continues to be an absolute joke. They even have the audacity to send collections for the rest of my contract because I refused to pay for a trash service that puts my life in danger when I have bigger problems such as college.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit held against them. I will not be surprised if their apartments get burned down by one of their students for the insane asylum for what it truly is.
