I paid my last car note 8/8/16 (i called them)and they said i would get my title in 21 days. 21 days passed and no title. I called and then they said i have to wait for it to be 4 weeks AFTER the last payment and then it will 21-50 days before i get my title. So, we waited. Now 10/10/16 (i called them) and we have to wait another 30-60 days because they had to file paperwork to expedite the process. 11/3/16 ( i had to call them again) now they say they sent the title release form to the dmv, they dont mail titles. I called the dmv and no title. 90 days and no f***ing title, just B.S.! i paid my note now give me my title without the bullcrap, it shouldnt be too much to ask for someone to do their job!
