I have been a member of Clickbank for a couple of decades.

My membership was cancelled for no reason.

They said I need a driver's license to open a new account.

They are the only ones doing this; warriorplus and jvzoo

are not.

Without membership, I can't access any of the dozens of

purchases I made at Clickbank!

I feel like I am being held prisoner!

Can this be fixed?

Any suggestions?

I went to teachsundayschool.com to purchase a $5 bible timeline to download and print for my Sunday school kids to color and was tricked into being automatically billed for a subscription through ClickBank that I wasn't aware of. As I go back and look at the website I see that many tactics were used to hide and distract from the fact that there was an automatic subscription including putting it in the fine print, making other words larger, bold, and colored.

Not only do they scam you with one hidden $19.99 subscription but after checkout, they try to upsell you on another $1 product that has another hidden subscription for $19.00.

It's absolutely disgusting that a Christian Sunday School company is scamming people like this. I can't even believe it!

The most damning thing they did was try to defraud me by doctoring my receipt. When I tried to ask for a refund they sent me an edited receipt that had the words “Recurring Sale Notice”. The receipt I received did not say “Recurring Sale Notice”. I have attached screenshots of this.

ClickBank does business with scammers that entice business owners looking to grow their business with valuable information, but never receive their purchase. I ordered an eBook from a company called Market Domination LLC that I NEVER received. No copy was to the email address I provided, nor was I able to download the copy I purchased. All I got was constant upsell pages, then when I finally got to the page where I could download my purchase, the download icon did not work.

My eBook did not download at all. No PDF, No Dropbox file, Nothing. It did not take me to another website, nor did I receive a link to the downloaded page. Something that Click Funnels does automatically. My order page was on Facebook and by the time I go back to try to download the file it again, the page refreshes and I'm back to the original page where I would have to repurchase the eBook. I contact Clickbank and was told my some idiot customer service agent in a foreign country that my information did NOT come up in their system.

They could not find my email address nor my zip code associated with my bank. This is ridiculous because at the same time I speaking with the agent, I'm staring at my Bank statement that shows that I've been charged for the product I tried to purchase. The last thing the agent tells me to do before hanging me up is to contact my bank because I'm not in their system. Its the banks problem, not theirs. No, I purchased a product from YOU and YOU DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR....

Companies like this should not be in business, they're ripoffs and scammers.

I thought I was ordering service from vin check pro. I paid with paypal. When the vin check pro website didn't work I contacted paypal and they put me in touch with click bank?

Vin check pro is a scam site that uses fake bbb credentials and a fake address in Omaha and they use click bank to collect money for their scam site. I got no response from click bank so I filed for a dispute with paypal. Click bank then promised a refund, which of course I have never gotten.

Do not give these people your money, they seem to be a front for scammers that can't use paypal. You will receive nothing from them.

I've been an affiliate with Clickbank since 2009, I love them. They helped me pay my rent and bills for almost 10 years, but a few weeks ago I was treated very poorly by one of their reps, after my account was suspended for a SPAM complaint.

The rep said someone complained that I was spamming Youtube, so my account was suspended until I removed the videos.

I assured the rep, this was probably a competitor, since my videos were flagged a little while back, but I submitted them for an appeal, with Youtube reinstating the videos, meaning they met the Youtube T.O.S.

I was told by the agent, Youtube's approval didn't matter in this case. So, in this case, the word of a stranger supersedes Youtube's word, even though I'm being suspended for Youtube SPAM.

The agent also told me SPAM was against the Clickbank client contract. I then searched the contract, SPAM, according the contract, only includes email, telemarketing and text messaging, not uploading Youtube videos

I mentioned this to the agent and she just responded saying it doesn't matter because I violated Youtube's T.O.S.

I responded reminding her of how she said Youtube's approval didn't matter in this case, but now it's all about Youtube's T.O.S., which I can prove I haven't violated.

She just continued to say I had to remove all of the videos before my account can be reinstated.

I then told the agent, half of the channels in this SPAM complaint don't even belong to me. I'm being falsely accused of someone else SPAM. But the agent wouldn't respond to this point. The accuser falsely assumed that I was stealing videos and reuploading them to Youtube using multiple Clickbank IDs to cover my tracks.

In all actuality, multiple affiliates were stealing MY videos and reuploading them, but I was being held responsible. This showed me there was no investigation to the SPAM claim. They just took this person's word and suspended my account.

I mentioned this to the agent, and asked her to remove the channels that don't belong to me from the report. She didn't address this in her response.

I then called Clickbank, because at this point, it had been about two weeks of emailing this agent back and forth. there were 2-4 day gaps between each response, costing me $100+ a day, over a FALSE accusation. You could imagine how hurt I was that I was being treated this way.

Unfortunately, the only way to speak to someone in this department is thru email, so I was forced to call another department to try and reason with someone. After explaining my case, I was told by the supervisor of another department to ask the agent to escalate the ticket to her supervisor.

I asked her, and she responded "I mentioned your ticket to my manager" that was it.

I responded telling her I had spoke to a supervisor in another department and he told me to ask you to escalate the ticket, I ask her once again.

This time she responded saying my account had been terminated!

I responding asking if my account was now completely closed? She responded, yes.

She them stated I had a high refund & chargeback rate, but this was never mentioned as the original reason my account was suspended, so it seemed a bit off, but I couldn't even log back in to my account to respond to my support ticket. I was heart broken. How could they just kick me out after 9 years of spreading their gospel to all of my students, without even doing a proper investigation?

Then to make things even worse, I was able to contact one of the affiliates in the SPAM complaint and her account is STILL OPEN!

This really makes me curious. Why was my account terminated and hers was not, IF they really thought our accounts were owned by the same person???

She said some of her channels on Youtube are gone, but her Clickbank account wasn't even suspended!!!

This makes me feel like it was some sort of personal attack, which happened ironically, after I posted a Youtube videos documenting my recent Clickbank success, than a week later this happens?

I lost $4,000 in income, because I was FALSELY accused of SPAM. Not SPAM according to Clickbank, not SPAM according to Youtube, but SPAM according to some guy named Jason that emailed Clickbank a report with multiple affiliate's Youtube channels, claiming they were all me.

What did Clickbank do? Did they investigate? Did they escalate my ticket when I asked? No, they left me hanging.

Did they close all of the accounts in the SPAM complaint? No

What's going on here?

Who do your affiliates talk to when WE have an issue?

Why did this agent have some much power over my families livelihood?

I've submitted a video of my conversation with the rep, so you can see it for yourself.

I hope we can fix this.

I have ordered many things through click bank. I was expection to receive them through the mail. I have gotten some of the items that I ordered but many have not gotten here. I called clickbank and the explanation I got was this is the digital age and you should have gotten them on line. Well guess what I did not. Basially I get a to bad, so sad answer. I should have called earlier. They claim the sent me emails, Really. Maybe in the digital age they sent me invisible emails. I suggest that YOU DO NOT ORDER anything through CLICK BANK. They will take your money and you probably will not get the product. This is a real RIP OFF.

Good morning, I made a purchase of products online on. 3/03/16 wilth my credit card # 3751 500455 38477, when learned the same day they are sending some info not products, I called and cancelled the order, I later called Blue Bird customer service to let them know. Surprisingly, that amount is stii on hold upto this morning and I'm not able to re-load my account. When I try online, this is what I get, "We're sorry- due to unusual usage patterns on your account, loading funds to your account has been disabled" I tried re-loading cash at Wal-Mart several times, couldn't work either. I'm kindly requesting you resolve this and inform me asap. Thanks! Ben 8173507583

This is a general warning to never buy a product online that uses CLICKBANK for their debit/credit card processing. While reading here, I see that CLICKBANK is involved in quite a few scams.

I had purchased a book online and provided my debit card information to CLICKBANK. A couple days later I was contacted by Chase Bank that my card had been compromised and account cleaned out. After answering a few questins, Chase Bank replaced the thousands stolen and issued me a new card. Thank GOD for Chase Bank and shame on CLICKBANK.

The person from whom I purchased the book, in download form, was very upset at my problem and personally mailed me a signed physical copy of his book. I had no idea that CLICKBANK WAS A GET RICH QUICK SCAM, as well as a payment center. I had assumed that they were just a payment processing outfit.

It is rather hard to feel bad for those using CLICKBANK AS A WEALTH GENERATION SCAM. It doesn't surprise me in the least that they ALSO RIPOFF THEIR GET RICH QUICK CUSTOMERS.

Was directed in an email to what I thought was a legitimate page for Ebay or Amazon requesting me to update my payment information. As soon as I did I realized I was in the wrong as the URL for the website I was in was wrong and reported my bank card information stolen and had my card # cancelled . Unfortunately, these crooks had already withdrawn some 147 something dollars from my bank account and created numerous other overdraft charges to occur.

I have noticed that I have been getting charged a fee to my VISA card every month. In actual fact, last month I was charged $67.?? twice, on the same date...

I have again been charged on the same date in September and now am awaiting the next charge for the month of October.

I do not know what this is for, it comes up as computer software but I have not purchased anything and I certainly would not have entered in to anything that was going to charge me these exorbitant fees every month. My problem is I do not know who the company is, what it is I have supposedly purchased and how to cancel it.

  • Oct 12, 2015

This company has charged my credit card $15.49 every month for several months, pretending to be a computer software company that fixes problems! They have DONE NOTHING, so I called to request a full refund, and THEY WOULD NOT GIVE IT!!! They work under AKA names as: Fastfix123, Clkbank, and Safecart!!! THEY ARE ALL FRAUD COMPANIES and NEED to be reported!!!
