I purchased 1 engraved wine glass in early July. Even though I left messages and emails the wine glass wasn't shipped. They responded a couple of times on email with generic messages, and never responded after I left a message on their phone (nobody ever answers).

I told them I wanted a refund. Then, they responded that for my trouble they would send me another wine glass, but I declined saying I just wanted the 1 that I ordered 8 weeks prior. I filed a report with the BBB.

Do not purchase from this company. A Total Scam!

I placed an order via an advertisement on Facebook for a colour changing Harry Potter glass for my sister's 40th birthday. My sister is mad about Harry Potter and I though this would be an unusually gift she would love. I am in the UK and paid International postage costs on top of the item cost.

Her birthday wasn't until October so thought I had plenty of time to receive it. I waited and waited for a dispatch confirmation but never received one so I emailed the company in June and asked if they could give me a dispatch time.

I was told that due to high demand, they were behind on orders and would email a dispatch confirmation to me soon. I waited another few weeks and still no email, so I sent another email asking for information. I also went direct to their website and emailed them direct. I also sent a message via their Facebook page.

It is now Mid October and my sister's birthday has been and gone and still I have no order. I asked the company to send me a refund as they hadn't fulfilled my order in time. I was told that they were updating their system and until it was updated, they were unable to issue a refund. This was in August and still I have been issued with no refund and not received any order. I have since contacted them several times but all I get is automated responses to my emails.

I ordered several personalized wine glasses as Christmas Gifts back in November 2016. One of the glasses came in with a misspelled name (showed up as Debby, not Debbie) even though I had emailed the correct spellings. I have emailed several requests for a replacement, and 6 months later I am realizing I am not going to get it, even though it is paid for already.

When I finally received a reply from them it became apparent that they had my order and another persons order mixed up, and they HAD sent a replacement glass - to a different person! They told me that since they had already sent the replacement to me, there would be no further communication from them, and they were quite nasty about it. But I dont have my glass! They copied me on an email from someone else who is angry because her glass said "Debbie" - not "Debby as she had ordered. so whoever this person is obviously got my glass and I hers.

But the company will not respond, and I think they have blocked my emails because they will not go thru now. Nice customer service - ha ha. but they had no problem keeping my money.

I wouldnt risk ordering from them- what a waste of my time this has been.
