Called an ordered two "freshly rebuilt cylinder heads" we're supposed to have three angle cut, tanked, NEW valves not ones that have been tumbled in a drum with shot and about ten thousand other valve stems. Valve seats were to be replaced and to seal properly. I received my cylinder heads about 5 weeks later after being told 2 to begin with. I sent my two non running heads back for them to rebuild. I am a mechanic (not licensed as I am 23) but my grand father is a licensed mechanic and electrician who helped me install everything. New bearings, rod and crank, new piston rings, tanked and honed block, New timing chains, tensioners, sprockets, oil pump, water pump, cam shafts, camshaft position sensor, new valves covers and gaskets, new timing plate gasket ect I went all out and didn't want any half assed work done this was my daily driver and I bought this as my first car when I was seventeen. After installation and everything was put back together and painted we start it up and hear some very loud unusual ticking and clanking, removed the valve cover and didn't see anything out of normal so reinstalled, noise was driving me ABSOLUTELY crazy and was also burning oil upon start up (non seating valves) so I removed the passenger side cylinder head (making the noise) and took it to a local machine shop and had him inspect it. He calls me a few days later and tells me that he bench tested the head and it wasn't seating properly and the valve stems were not completely smooth allowing oil to get by and be burned. That cost me 350$ and after already spending 600$ on the two "rebuilt" heads I'm now in over 1000$ just in the heads. I emailed over and over trying to get in contact with someone and with no results I finally called after I reinstalled my FRESHLY rebuild head and it was working great compared to opposite side that was still ticking badly. I called head quarters in Florida and spoke with an extremely rude gentleman who's name I wish I would have got. The minute I mentioned wanting to try and get another head sent to me he interrupted and told me I voided my warranty on BOTH heads even know I only had one rebuilt at my trusted shop, they started telling me to contact a lawyer and then hung up on me and then upon trying to call back they left the phone off the hook and would not answer eventually they answered again and told me I can't just call up making demands (which I wasn't I was in shock honestly because j was being very polite) hangs up on me again. I then call another number trying to reach a different party involved with the company and a girl answers and was starting to be helpful but then transfers me to this guy named Kevin the main shop guy or something and he basically tells me I'm SOL because I had one rebuilt and I stated that I was only asking for another t be sent to me and I would send back their improperly rebuild head back and he started getting argumentative and talking over me as I was trying to explain. In result and I'm not to proud of but I just knew I wasn't getting anything back at all, I told him they were one of the worst companies I had ever done business with and that he was an a*****e and hung up. I advise you to not do business with this company because they do not keep their word or back their products and have very very poor customer service
