To whom it may Concern:

I ordered 2 pair of HD Driving Glasses at 52% OFF + $10.00 OFF, total of $27.95, plus I was the 500,000 customer and won a 3rd pair of Daytime Driving Glasses for the total $ 9.95 for shipping only for a total of 37.90. The money has already been taken out of my account, where are my glasses? They were ordered on October 6th, 2017?

When you print up the receipt for the order there is an email address that's printed up for you to contact if there's any questions.

Email: [email protected] and of course I tried sending 3 emails and they keep coming back no such address, it doesn't exist.

I want my money back!!!

I placed an order and never received the night vision glasses. No way to contact them. Website not available. No way to track the shipping number they gave me. It is a scam. They just kept my money.

I purchased clearsight glasses on the internet on September 16, 2017 and paid by credit card. I made another purchase on the same day with another company and within a week received the product. So far, Clearsight Glasses Co. has sent me nothing, including no tracking number, no notice of out of stock, or anytning else.

Clear sight glasses

I never received my glasses or a tracking number. Not even a phone number that will personally talk to me as a customer. The email address won't send either. I am waiting to see if money comes out of my account. I called my bank and all they can do is dispute the charge when they try getting my money.

Clear Sight Glasses Company is a joke.

I ordered a set of HD glasses from this sight on 07/31/17. They charged my account. I received no tracking number. I emailed [email protected]. for a tracking number. they never responded.

I believe this site to be a scam to get credit card numbers from Americans. It been 21 days since I ordered a set of glasses.

Be warned it may be a scam from overseas. I will update if something develops.

I placed my order on November 03, 2017.

Iordered 1 pair of HD Driving Glasess (Nighttime) for $30.18 and 1 pair of Daytime Driving Glasses for $9.95 (was $10 off).

I received an acknowledgment email with order information.

Order number #07A78A03F8.

The email showed a tracking nuimber #LS118227855CN (without carrier name)

The same email also listed contact information:

A second email indicated the product was on its way and listed an email contact information:

The website indicates a phone number. Phone number: 1-415-727-8750.

I have not received my glasses, nor am I able to get in touch with anyone.

I ordered Clearsight Glasses online. I paid with my credit card. I had a question about order to I called them and a recording said to "email them' I emailed them and email came back "Undeliverable" as if it didn't exist. Now they have my credit card numbers. Please help

On March 9, 2020 I ordered a set of clearsight night driving glasses. I was offered a promo and ordered 2 more. The glasses were charged to my card on March 20, 2020 - the day they were shipped. I didn't receive the glasses for another 10 days (approx March 30, 2020) On June 15,2020, I contacted the company to get an address to return 2 pair of the glasses which had not been used.

I told customer service that I had tried 1 pair and was not satisfied at all - the glasses did not work well for night driving. The girl offered me a refund (without returning glasses) and then told me I was past the 90 day return window. I questioned the 90 day return. I said I am reviewing my order form and the paperwork that came with the glasses - NO WHERE on any of those papers was the 90 day return mentioned.

CS stated - "it's on our website - there is nothing I can do." I stated that even though I was unaware of the 90 days, I was still within that time frame from receipt date and even shipment date. She stated it is 90 days from order date - and again said this information is "somewhere" on their website. This is very deceptive - there is no information on any invoicing or documentation mailed to me. I WAS within 90 days from shipment date.

Since this fell within the COVID timeline - it is not my concern that the company did not ship in a timely manner. ClearSight's delay in shipment should not impact the return time allowed to a customer. I asked several times to speak to a manager and was told - "it's 90 days - call back and try to get another person to give you the credit - but they won't either". Unable to speak to a manager.

Clear Sight Glasses

*BUYERS BEWARE* What they don't tell you before you order is that it will take 3 to 4 weeks to receive your order if you are from the United States. In fact, it could actually take longer than that, and in fact, perhaps never! The U.S.P.S. tracking number they provide you with is bogus. In essence, you won't be able to find any information at all regarding the progress of the shipping.

Bottom line, if I had known any of this before I placed an order with this company, especially the shipping times, there's no way I would have placed an order with them. I have no doubt this is why they don't tell people about this in advance. It sounds like chances are better than good that I may have to contact my credit card provider to do a charge back against them.

I ordered my glasses on the 9th. of Oct, 2017, all so with a Reference No. 24690298POT51JHNZ. I sent them $34.90 dollars. I have turned this over to my credit card department. As far as I can remember this is the first problem I have had ordering on the internet.

Clear Sight Glasses

I ordered ClearSight Glasses on October 7th 2017. I received the glasses on October 30, 2017. The glasses are not what they advertise. They do not help the glare or make anything clearer at night. I called the company only to get a message to go on the support site, [email protected], I tried that, there is no such sight. They have my money and I have a pair of yellow tinted glasses that are not for night driving. This is fraud.

Horrible Horrible Glasses

tried to write this review on their website, but was unable to do so, so I came here. All the reviews on their website, give fantastic reviews and they are all lies. Do not order these glasses! First off, it takes six weeks to receive them and once they do arrive, you've forgotten that you ordered them! They ship directly from China. Here comes the most important part of my review...……….THEY DO NOT WORK, THEY ARE UNSIGHTLY AND THE BIGGEST RIPOFF EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered two pair of the Clearsightglasses on Sept 26, 2017. I received an e-mail saying my order had been accepted.

It has now been more than 2 weeks since I placed the order and no product has arrived. My account was debited $35.95 as soon as I placed the order.

What can you do about this?

CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE I PURCHASED

THIS IS A SCAM! I stupidly put my credit card information onto their site and then immediately got concerned it might be a scam. I had not confirmed my purchase and it clearly said I was only on STEP 2 of the three step process, with STEP 3 being the confirmation. This ad popped up and seemed like it was connected to LandsEnd, so I got roped into thinking it was reputable.

As I was on the site, yet another "bonus product" page appeared and I could not get the page to close or move beyond it. In the meantime, my credit card was charged and I received an email thanking me for my purchase.

I called my bank right away and they said they have to wait until the charge -- which appears as "PENDING" -- actually gets processed and then I can open a dispute. The phone number for ClearSight associated listed on the page with the bank charge does not work. I did find a phone number on this SCAM site (thank you! Here's the # : (415) 727 8750)) and did end up speaking to someone who says she has cancelled my charge. However, she says I won't see that it's been canceled for 24 to 48 hours. She kept telling me "not to worry" -- and I finally said, I AM worried! This company is robbing people! And why can the charge appear on my card within seconds, but to cancel it takes days?!

I will be surprised if the pending charge disappears -- as she promised me. And I will call my bank to dispute the charge.

I ordered Night Driving glasses 3 pair

I recieved HD WrapArounds.

I am disappointed as I was charged 48.00 it was supposed to be 31.oo.

I will not order from this questionable company again.

I WAS going to give these as presents to friends if these were OK. I am not going to give my 2 sons the ones I received as I do not want them to have a false confidence and have an accident.

Bogus

There are sevaral numbers you can call---NOTHING!! You're left on hold to listen to some music you might well hang-up. If possible contact your bank and file a complaint hopefully you can get back your money cause there are no glasses for night or day.

I will repeat what I have said. I browsed on the fourth on January (1/4/2019) I didn't order and I have 3 charges on my credit card. The total is $101.26

I would like my money back. I already have the glasses from a previous order and like them. I don't need anymore - I didn't order anymore and don't know how the orders were made. They should check the orders for the 1/4/2019 date and refund the money.

If they are shipped to me I will return them but, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Since they made the mistake I shouldn't have to pay Shipping and Handling - they should take care of this expense.

If I was able to talk to the Clearsighglasses.com sight and could have been heard I would not have contacted you. I want companies to take care of their

customers instead of just taking their money.

I was told I could pay to return the wrong product and wait to receive my refund, but was recommended to keep the unneeded glasses and receive a partial refund, which was the only way I could recoup some of my money. They then had the audacity to reply to my final email complaint, by requesting a survey on their service. I feel this is a bait and switch operation.

On January 7, 2018 I ordered driving glasses which were called "Clear Sight" glasses. I later received an email which said the glasses had been shipped on January 10. It is now January 24, and I have not received them. I tried to contact them by phone and received the message that I could contact them by email. I have sent an email and am waiting to see if I get an answer.

I believe I may have been ripped off and would like my money back.

Ordered the end of Dec 2 pair of glasses with a 3rd pair free. I emailed them on Jan 10th, 2018 asking about the glasses. They wrote back and said

"Sorry you didnt get the information in advance. Items will be shipped out using USPS and takes 1-3 days for processing and 1-3 days for shipping." They gave me the tracking number. Which I clicked on and it tells me that it was in their facility on the 29th Dec. No update since. They said it takes 2-4 weeks for us to get the package. it has been that long already.

On Dec. 26, 2017 I ordered 2 pair of clear sight driving glasses. They posted an ad on Facebook, with the heading: Sales Gone Viral. I ordered 1 pair of HD Night driving glasses, and i pair of daytime glasses. I paid them by credit card. Dec. 27, 2017, I received an email saying my order has been shipped. On my CC statement I see that they charged my account $10.63 one day and then the following day they charged $15.98. Today is January 21, 2018, and I still have not received my order. They gave me an address to email to: [email protected]. I tried emailing there several times and I keep getting a message that it can be received and that I should contact my postmaster!! I have also tried, many, many times, calling their phone number (415-727-8750) but I keep getting a recording that they can't take my call and to send an email to [email protected]. This is not good business. I just want them to refund my money or send me what I have paid them for.

Why this ad is allowed to continue

I ordered a pair of glasses thru this ad using my credit card, they took my order and sent me a shipping notice and when to expect my order. The shipping tracking number doesn't match any shipper and customer service does not answer ! My major concern is this ad is allowed to continue on the internet ripping off more people with many people already calling this company and their policies a SCAM ! Doesn't the internet have a security department to check the ads on the internet for companies who SCAM internet users ? Saw the add and ordered on Dec 1st . Received emailed to inform the product would be send in 2-4 weeks . they also send the USPS tracking number, now after 5 weeks USPS tracking still saying product still in China .Verry sorry for myself for did not knowing that I ordered this product made in China and also ship from China. A lesson to learn for buying on internet.

Ordered both night time & daytime HD driving glasses on Dec. 19, 2017.

Received an email that the ordered shipped on Dec. 24, 2017. Still have not received the shipment.

A tracking number is supplied, but no link to track it.

Tried clicking on their support link, but it doesn't link me to their website or a support site.

Have sent an email to address shown as their contact number. Have yet to receive a reply. Will place a rebuttal on this post if they do reply, I receive package or their company resolves the issue.

Clearsight HD Driving Glasses product was bing sold on the internet for 50% off. I purchased the item for $24.95 subtotal with sale tax $1.81 the grand toal was 26.76.
