I contacted Ted after seeing an advertisement for a portable power solution. It advertised an unheard of re-charge time that could make the product viable. I visited his facility in Temecula, CA and had long conversations about the product.
He would not supply a unit for demonstration unless we purchased it. We did and had it shipped in for evaluation. The product did not work as he had advertised. He agreed to take it back and refund our money. Over a month later and he will not return calls or emails or our check. This is now totalling $11,000 plus.

On December 20,2016, I wrote a check for 13,800 dollars for a battery backup system for my solar panels. The check was cashed the next day. I was initially told that the system could be installed prior to ! January 2017. After no contact for about 10 days, they said they needed another 1,500 dollars for trenching and electrical panel to be moved. I declined to give them more money, as installation fee was already included in the 13,800 dollars. The installers sent out told me that they had never installed a unit like this before and per Mr. Thomas picked up the unit and returned it to Temecula. I have 16 outside cameras showing the delivery and the pickup of the unit by his personnel. I also have all emails where he has admitted owing the money, but just can't find the time to return it.
After several calls back and forth, the owner told me that he could not do the work, and would refund my money, in his words "by Friday at the latest". Obviously that hasn't happened, coming up on to 40 days past.
Mr. Thomas has now blocked my phone, and will not answer my emails. In fact he sent an email saying that he was trying to run a business and that I was basically bothering him.
Another email was sent asking about my money and I actully got an apology answer back, but he closed it with saying he was short on capital, that he was just a little guy that I was trying to take down.
Looks like the company took about a 10 day Christmas vacation. Guess I know where my money is.
I have repeaedly told him that all I want is my 13,800 back. Not out for revenge
