City of Newark Reviews

  • Oct 2, 2023

This defunct business Newark Police 5th Precinct, a branch franchise business, for late CITY OF NEWARK, COUNTY OF ESSEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, Federal Tax Id#226002138 has no New Jersey State registration, license, or insurance bond and pays no taxes. This is not a government, but a private for profit corporation, whom engage in fleecing the people. They rob people of their private property-automobiles without a warrant, without authority, under the color of law, color of title. Three of the police employees robbed me of my property over a year ago, at gunpoint. One man Jabril Paul, had and still has no Oath of office on file, meaning he was not an employee, but traveling around with an unlicensed gun, committing human rights violations.

This criminal enterprise conspires with other tow truck companies to steal people's property then thru extortion demand they pay them to get possession back. They are Pirates! Their acts in-humane, and despicable!

The man- Ras J. Baraka, dba mayor has no bond, a mandate anyone in his position must have to be in business.

These enterprise use what's known as General Obligation Bonds, by fraud, having no SEC registration, get foreign funds from unknown investors, maybe engaging in money laundering. Then to pay back ROI (Return on Investment), and interest, lie to the people they are supposed to protect and serve. They instead raise taxes, fines, fees and all sorts of charges, which are nothing more than interest payments on those bonds, they never disclose to the people who unknowingly vote for these slave bonds, the true intent. They are supposed to get all their funding from Congress in the form of Appropriations.

They instead, with greed and malice obtain those bonds fraudulently, and then go on these ticketing sprees. They are the reasons, the city took so long to recover, and continue to lag.

They are engaged in unfair, deceptive and misleading business practices, and need to be put out of business.
