Regarding: Very Serious Complaint Dear Ms. Dana Brown and/or Los Angeles City Personnel Department Executive: Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You! How is your day today in sunny Los Angeles, California and/or wherever else You are in the World? My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that I was on the 217 Bus on Fairfax Avenue Going Southbound Near Drexel Avenue today being Friday, March 3rd, 2023 at approximately 6:00 p.m. when all of a sudden this Psychopathic Man (Non Customer) starts verbally attacking me with Racist Comments and Homophobic Disgusting Comments, along with Explicit Hatred and was consistently Terrifying ME and the other passengers. This Is Considered A Hate Crime By The Way! I did Not Hesitate To Call 911 and your female operator was Beyond Horrible and Low Class! She Definitely was More Interested In Having A Conversation With ME While I Was Being Terrorized Whereby This Very Angry And Disgusting Person Was Like 2 Feet Away From My Face Rather Than Sending The Police Over To Where I Was Because The Bus Driver Actually Stopped The Bus To Wait For The Police, however, Your Female 911 Operator Had No Interest In Sending Them Over Right Away Whereby I Could Have Been Shot Or Stabbed! Do You Honestly Call This Good, Quality 911 Operator Service? Are You Serious? This Was Trash Service! Disgusting! Who The Hell Trained Her? A Dog? I Sure Ain't An Animal In A Cage, I Am Human The Last Time That I Checked! Hello? If This Would Have Been Back East, The Police Would Have Been There Within 15-20 Minutes And Would Have Been Able To Make A Solid Arrest Because I Was Ready To Press Charges For A Hate Crime And Your Female, Nasty 911 Operator Purposely And Deliberately Let It All Go At Her Convenience! Not Cool! Not Acceptable! It Was So Bad On The First Bus That This Creep Actually Kicked Me Off The 217 Bus Through His Violence And Verbal Torture And Abuse, however, There Was Actually Another 217 Bus Right Behind, But Sadly This Creep Made His Way On To The Second (2nd) Bus While I Was Still Talking To Your Useless, Low Class Female 911 Operator Who Still Refused To Send The Police To Where The Actual Event Took Place In A Timely, High Efficient Manner! Eventually This Loser Got Away And Left On His Own, Thank God.. Sadly, if Your 911 Operator Did Her d**n, Freakin' Job, then perhaps the Police Could Have Arrived On Time And An Arrest Could Have Been Made! Way To Go! A Great Job Well Done! NOT! Moving Right Along: I did eventually manage to get on one (1) of the 217 Buses and went my own way to my religious services and Officer Martinez eventually met ME over at my synagogue which was Not Where The Incident Took Place and therefore they were Not Able To Do Anything About It, even though there is Actual Video Footage On The Bus, Plus The One (1) Picture That I Took With My Android In Which I Am Enclosing Here For Your Reference And Further Review. My purpose in Writing To You is to File A Very Serious Complaint Against This Useless, Uneducated, Incompetent 911 Operator With The Very Special Request That She Get Terminated From Her Job For Not Doing Her Job Properly And Putting My Life In Danger As Well As The Other Passengers On Both Buses! In Addition: I am asking You To File This Letter Of Very Serious Complaint in Your Female 911 Operator's Personnel File for future use. In Addition: I am also asking You To Conduct An Internal Employee Investigation Against This Invalid Female 911 Operator as well! Once Again: How The Hell Do You Train Your 911 Operators To Do A Job Like This Is Beyond Me! Shame On You! I do Not Know the Female 911 Operator's Name, but I identified the date and time of the call and where it took place to further assist You! Enclosed, in the attachment, please find a picture of this Criminal on the Bus that Tormented and Terrorized ME, including throwing Racist Insults and Homophobic Illegal Comments for your reference and further review.
