In my strong opinion i suggest you really Think about opening or owning a business in the City of Boca Raton. A city that cleans its sidewalks with floor macjines and is money hungry to anyone and evrybody unless you close to some politician in the city in my opinion.
The city is incompetent in notices to you for renewals of license so they can charge you outrageous fees. They will let the fees add up over time before they send code enforcemnet to your door instead of sending a notice to the buisness when the incident occurs.
They use their government cronies to suck the life out of businesses in Boca in my opinion.
