On 7/20/17 I received a parking in an alley ticket for parking in front of my Garage, I was moving to Sacramento in less than a week so I wouldn't forget to pay it I wrote a check immediately and mailed it.

In December of 2017 I got a notice claiming I didn't pay it. I called and the csr was a rude condacending little punk. He claimed my check bounced so I immediately phoned the bank they had paid the check. After that I sent a copy of the cancelled check they claim I didn't appeal within the time allowed.

I have sent letters to the police dept, the city council, city manager and chief of police. I am convinced that they purposelly do this s**t to see how many people will just pay it again. I refuse too it still shows as deliquent!

I have had it with dealing with this sh*t come collect the money.

Head In Only ticket. On the weekend when they have swap meet events. First, the posted parking rules, we have to scan a barcode QR to see the rules or read teh rules. Well when Iscanned the website was dwon, broken link I think. I took screen shots of the down/broken webpage and included the time stamp in the print screen pictures. Besides that I watched and filmed tehsafety police just roll past many vehicls and trucks not issuiongany tikets. And I fes singled out as well because many other vehicles were parked thesame way. But mine car was all alone far away from any vehicles or people No safety issue. The =y rejected my appeal, but I do nto knwo why nor have I beengiven any proff of my ticket or th e"piictures" they have of my vehicle. THey ar esuppose to provide this uponm reuest. Nothing. There Phone states you can talk to someone, But for three weeks I kept getting kicked out or thrown back into the endless phone message loop. . Ican no t believe hwo this simple ticket, is so hard to get answers for. Or dicuss the ticket they wrongfully issued. I'm guilty until proven innocent. Not right. And people that shop at swap meets. This ticket processor is wrong.

Bogus Parking Ticket

I received a "Courtesy Notice Unpaid Parking Citation" from this business stating I was ticketed for failure to pay day use fees while parked at El Capitan state beach near Santa Barbara on July 19, 2019. The notice claims I never responded to the parking ticket and assessed a heavy fine, threatening to more than double it if I do not pay by 27 August. The license number on the vehicle was shown as being the same as mine, but the vehicle was not of a make that I own or drive. Having never been to California at all, and having detailed journal entries to the effect that my vehicle never left my garage in New Mexico on the date in question, I decided to appeal the notice in writing. I will get my statement notarized and send it via Certified Mail so that I will have a record of their receiving it. In no case will I be sending any money. The website is wholly inadequate and claims I have requested a review when all I have done is look up the citation. I was warned not to bother calling the 800 number as the individual at that number has a reputation for being nothing but a "pay up and shut up" extortionist.

Received letter "Courtesy Notice Unpaid Parking Citation(s)" stating a vehicle with my car's NM license plate parked "DAY USE EL CAPTITAN" without paying the park fees. I was at my home in New Mexico the entire day, and in fact have never ever been to California!!! The notice offers me exactly three choices to file an affidavit of non-liability, which are 1) the car has been sold, 2) the car has been stolen, or 3) the car was leased/rented. Period. No choice of reporting that I was never there, my car was never there... The letter states the vehicle make was SUBARU. My car is a Dodge. The website they direct you to has that my car is a Dodge, but provides nothing to explain how my car, sitting in my garage all day that day and never having been in California AT ALL could have illegally parked at a place called "EL CAPTITAN" since there is no such place. There is an El Capitan/Refugio State Beach. I am NOT paying this citation. They will get ZERO funds from me in any form whatever.

They sent me this letter with 2 pictures of cars on this road saying I was going 39 in a 25 & had to pay $125 for a ticket. In Linndale, Ohio. I for one have never been to Linndale, Ohio. I had never heard of it until this letter, I own 1 car & it isn't even running the trans is out of it.. they half list the car & in the picture is 2 cars that isn't even what they listed nor is there an acura in the picture which is what they say I was driving. I'm taking the letter to the BMV after work & showing them, go from there.

They suck!

I reached a notice that they had not reached our payment for a parking ticket. We received the ticket on 09-17-18 and mailed the payment on 09-20-18. We reached the notice of non-payment on 09-27-18. I called Citation Processing Center and was placed on hold for 32 minutes before a robo voice said, "We can't talk to you now". WTF??? I'll try again tomorrow and contact my Bank to see if our check cleared.

I received an unpaid parking citation notice that had my old car's license plate listed for a street sweeping violation in the City of Lomita in June 2018. I have never been to Lomita and the car on the notice has been registered non operational and in storage for the past 3 years. They claim the notice is the 3rd time they've tried to contact me. I've never received any notice before and of course the fees went up. I called and he said I have to send him a copy of my registration and they "might" clear it up. This business is such a scam. I even told him I'd file a report with the BBB and he said "go ahead" and hung up on me.

My 17 year old son had to drive the family car to get to school. He would drop me off in the morning and drive to school. The school was informed that we cannot provide an insurance # (car is insured) therefore could not get a parking permit required. We told them there is no other way for him to get to school and hes not leaving the car in a dirt lot and walking a mile to school because than he'd be late.

They ended up giving my son at total of ten tickets that now amount to $530 that we can not afford what so ever. Single mother raising two children! We tried to appeal them but they said we have to pay them and than if we win the appeal we get our money back but we didn't wave the money in the first place so how is it that I can appeal that. Now I can't pay them because the payment deadline is 30 days after the ticket was first recieved. Now a few months later the DMV wont give me my tag for my car until I pay the full $530!

Please some one help. Id do anything this is really affecting my life now and my son is leaving to college in a few months and my money efforts needto go towards that not some unrightful tickets that should not be there becuase theyre unfair!

I received an "Official Courtesy Notice Unpaid Parking Citations" from Sacramento County c/o Citation Processing Center. The citation of the date I wasn't even in Sacamento. And the description of the violation read: CVC 4153 Expired Foreign Registrationl Have never had a foreign registration! Thankfully I haven't sent a check or credit card information to them. The more I read on this I figured it was not official.
