My poor wife. She saw the TV ad for this place, and said I want to there and see if these are the right people for all of our home improvement projects. We go, she bonds with the designer. They come to the house, and formulate a step by step plan of everything she wants. She signs on, and then it begins....
*They were supposed to start June 2016, they didn't start until September.
*They said it was a three week project. It took over three months, ruined our Holiday's, and the idiots cut the stone in our house! Anyone will tell you you cut stone outside. It took two months to get our house cleaned.
*They put up the wrong mantel.
*We purchased tile, sink, toilet, etc...for the powder room project. And they've yet to bring it to us as promised.
*Summer of 2017, they finally come and take down the wrong mantel they installed. They said they would also replace the stone from behind the unwanted mantel, and bringbus the items we bought for the powder room project. They didn't do either. They said they would call and set that up.
*December 2017. We're still waiting for the stone replacement on the fireplace. And the items we have paid for. They have never called.
*Once they have you, they are too interested in the next sucker and the next dollar they can make. I've never been treated so bad by any company in my whole life. So here I am, still waiting. I'm tired of chasing them.
*These guys aren't listed with the BBB. I mean you don't have to be a mdember, they have a listing of all businesses. But not this one. Do they even have a business license?
*I won't even get into how much we wetre overcharged. They keep adding it on as they go along. I feel so bad for my wife, she was so excited.
Stay away from this place and avoid your own nightmare. For me, I'll still be sitting here waiting. Looking at my half a*s fireplace and wondering if they'll ever do ther right thing and finish it. And bring out the items I've purchased, if they haven't resold them already.
