My bank account was charged. I never received the Boots.
I have contacted them two times by internet site. It says it will be answered within 24 hours. I have never had any responce from the e-mails I have sent them.
I order shoes on December 3, 2018 and my card immediately charged. Shoes never delivered, a series of emails that they were on the way, and refused to credit my card. After two months i have not received them. This is a scam

I, too ordered boots in early January, 2019 - order # 4735. Boots were promised in 3-5 business days. Boots have never arrived as of February 22, 2019. Now that I've read these numerous results that were the same as me, I believe it will be a miracle to receive them.

Why does Facebook allow companies like this to advertise? I ordered a pair of boots on 12/14/18 and never received anything. I've e-mailed back and forth with their customer service but it is obvious they have no intention of sending anything. It is always . . . "we are waiting for an update from our warehouse". I wish there were some type of recourse we have for companies like this.
I ordered a pair of boots on 12/03/18 never recieved tried to email them. And they said they would get back to me never did. And billed my credit card for 39.99.
