I messed up my shipping address when I ordered online. When I contacted their customer service support, they assisted my situation quickly. It took about a month before it was fixed though, but I guess it's okay since it was my fault. They have good customer service and also the packing was great in terms of protecting the quality of the item. I am happy whenever I shop here and I'll definitely make sure my shipping address is correct when I make an order.
Seriously, this is probably the best new online shop in town, with wide variety of items to choose from plus great deals and discounts. I had very poor customer service experience before on some other sites, other sites will only reply automated emails for your inquiry but not them. They treat customer very nice, and support are always willing to help. Recommended.

Purchased online, 4 sets of magnetic eyelashes and eyebrow color. Received 4 bxs of eyelashes with only enough eyelash for one eye each and eyebrow color. Trying to reply to their email. Getting message of "invalid email" getting no response from company. Huge huge rip off. $70.00 down the drain.
