It is child abuse to get your kids afraid of somebody who hasn't done anything to them. I was never around their kids. And the time when they started screaming at my mother chaz and him around his shoulder.
But they said we couldn't say that. They just didn't want to do anything! I have been TORTURED beyond belief. But the district attorney forced my mother to agree not to sue or they wouldn't have dropped the charges. Ashley and chaz and these other criminal neighbors have been allowed to prosper while I have lost things! I am being TORTURED seeing them get things because they hated me having anything.
They had to result in falsely accusing me for me to stop getting anything like a new car or anything!
Been trying to get my granddaughter out of Texas since she was born. My daughter was on drugs when she was born. This is my first and most probably only grandchild I will have. Judge said at first court hearing that it was to much paperwork and he would have no control so he was keeping her in Texas . She was gonna be placed with a relative that had 2 baby's in diapers and one just starting school . The girl was diagnosed with postpartum when she had one of her 3 children always fighting with spouse . Judge did say at the end of court that if it didn't work out with her start paperwork on the grandmother (me) . Well I talked to this girl and asked her to step out so I could get her, she asked to see paperwork where judge said I would receive grandbaby , she also talked to CPS workers and they told her the judge did say that . She stepped down from taking her. We went back to court and the CPS worker said that I threatened this girl which did not happen when judge asked them if they had gotten copies of the text messages they said no . He then asked me if I had sent her any texts I said yes but it was only that if she didn't take baby I would get her. He then proceeded to SCREAM in my face that I had ruined his placement and this baby would never leave the state of Texas until she was 18 years old. He asked me what made me think I would get this baby I said that he said I would if it didn't work out with the girl. He then said well I lied because I never was going to let this baby leave Texas. I am in shock at this point he would not let us say anything he screamed at me to shut up. He had no proof of threats yet he chose to believe that they happened, my husband and my background checks came back squeaky clean. We have never done any drugs my husband has had the same job for nearly 30 years we have lived in our home for 25 years . We are in our early 50s so we are not old. I have talked to other people that got there grandchildren in less than 2 to 3 months . I am just in shock that this is happening and don't know what to do now. HELP PLEASE
Children removed unnessasary. Never able to reach anyone. Cpi Rodriquez took kids out of home after making out safety plan instructions. Social workers did to. Tried to say the children was with some one unauthorized which was not true Have document. But they are refusing to acknowledge it.
The holocaust is back. I'm Jewish and getting it right now from the NYPD. The NYPD have been paid by people I know to destroy and sabotage my life. They are trying to set me up as a child molester plus a lot more. It's going on right now. I have no criminal record and I'm under aggressive investigation because people I know paid them. I have been physically attacked and have evidence. They won't take reports. In addition the police have sabotaged my business. They scare people off from working with me. Plus their team of civilians who go around sabotaging stuff and harassing people, follow me around 24-7.

They launched a multi million dollar investigation into me and I don't do anything illegal. They need something to justify robbing the government for millions. They are trying to paint me as a child molester. They are spending millions of dollars of the governments money to ruin my life. They have their civilian workers follow me around with their children and get as close as possible to take pictures like I'm doing something wrong. I like legal age woman, not children. I haven't had any legal age woman recently because I have a multi million dollar investigation on top of me for years. Plus I have no money and I need to get an HIV test first.
I have reported this to child protective services and every other person in local NYC government. None will help. It's common knowledge in the NYPD / FBI, etc that children are used to set innocent people up. If you think the friends and family of police care about using their kids to ruin peoples lives, believe me they have no issue with it.
Also, another way the NYPD is robbing us all is paying all their family and friends from these in vestigations to be civilian watch. These cops are making so much more money than what people realize. The CCRB, public advocate, etc is a joke! They have NO power. Who knows how much the police spend on illegal investigations? No one.

I'm outraged with the uneducated, unresponsive Child Protective Services, located in Henderson, NV. The specific details are not important, especially since the Family Court Papers state that Child Protective Services first came into contact with the family 8 MONTHS after they were actually involved. I've counted a minimum of 10 Child Protective Workers involved within 1 year, so obviously the workers don't even know the family names! Child Protective Services is negligent on several occcasions. I won't get into the physical occasions. However, they stated in Court documents that "No Criminal Activity" was found on the 3 parents of the 3 children (all 3 parents have violent criminal, as well as drug histories). My daughter is the mother of the children. She is a Sociopath. Her father was a Psychopath. Both my daughter and her Dad meet ALL the criteria. The whirlwind of destruction in their paths is so unbelievable each moment to moment is craziness. I have always loved and protected my daughter and grandchildren. Until I called the Police Department/Child Protective Services, I had never physically witnessed her abuse and never believed ANY adult could inflict the harm upon any human or animal that I witnessed her do upon 1 of my grandchildren. However, Sociopath's/Psychopath's are adept at threatening, story telling, blaming and convincing everyone else that the other's are the "crazy ones." The children are afraid to say any thing against their abusers, especially their single parent mother and CPS is "too busy" to even talk with the children or me, their Grandmother. BTW, the 3 parents are permanently losing their parental rights in 4 months and I will never see my beautiful grandchildren again.
This Government office is a sham and a rip-off. The Child Protection Workers Must Become Accountable For Neglect, Receive Education in Child Abuse and in Human Behaviors. We must INSIST that 1-2 workers remain with the cases from start to finish, that all interested family members be contacted, all calls be responded to - no matter how briefly, and to ask questions after a simple "yes" or "no" answer is given by the children. Abused adults and children are programmed to protect their abusers and are afraid of additional abuse and abandonment!.
*And yes, I have begged to raise my grandchildren who have lived with me frequently over the years. The parents have agreed to it. CPS says, "No". According to my daughter, CPS has determined (without speaking with me) that since I previously sought voluntary mental health treatment to learn why I succumbed to my husband's abuse and how to break the cycle, that I am unfit to care for the children. I'm very confused because I thought voluntarily seeking mental health treatment was a positive move! My grandchildren are now physically divided, physically filthy and living in squalor. (I've gone financially broke repeatedly purchasing wardrobes for my grandchildren and finding them in rag clothes (not theirs) and the new clothes worn by the children in the home they're placed.) I have to pick my battles, but already know the children have lost the war. SUCH A GREAT LOSS, YET NO ONE CARES, CERTAINLY NOT CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES.

CPS took my child without cause and forced me to sign my rights over to them. My atty did not defend me at all. i was innocent and can prove it.
