I ordered an NFL jersey for a Christmas for my son who is a chiefs fan. I ordered it on Dec 7. It arrived on Dec 26, three weeks after the order was placed. I continuously emailed (there is no phone number or address provided on the website for this very reason...the do not want to hear from the angry fools that have tried to use this site. They did finally respond via email and said that the problem was that they shipped their products out of China. Yes China. So three weeks was actually a pretty good shipping time from China from a terrible company.
