I purchased a patio set from them on August 10. I cancelled the order within 2 hours, however, I never got a cancellation confirmation. Then I got a shipping confirmation on August 12. I tried repeatedly to contact the seller, but was unsuccessful. On August 30, I received a package in the mail from them. The label on the package says it is a Stainless Steel Cutlery something or other (that part is in Chinese) .
This item shows a quantity of 1. It then lists the Wicker patio set with no quantity. I have no idea what the item in the package even is, but I can tell you that it is not stainless steel, it is rubber!! As the quantity stated, there was no patio set!!
I ordered an outdoor 11x18.5 storage shed for $139. Dollars and also paid for 3-7 day shipping for $15. additional dollars. In place of the shed they sent me a vegetable peeler.
The order was placed on my credit card on September 25, 2019. I would appreciate the correct product or my money paid back in full including the cost of shipping.
This company needs to be held responsible for ripping people off. Thank you for helping with this matter.
I ordered a 11x18. 5 and they charged my credit card for $139, but they sent me a cheap vegetable peeler. I would like my money back and the company held responsible for this.
I have no clue what the plastic item is or what i was supposed to get. I have had at least 3 different orders i placed before march that have not come from different places, and have been charged for them.
Supposefly purchased two Electric Scooters, money was taken from Card and one plastic yellow poncho was shipped in an A5 sized envelope, even though on the enevelope it stated that two Electric Scooters were inside. Complete scam and when tried to contact them through website is no longer available.

I have never ordered this item or seen one! They said it was ordered on June 22, 2019, but I was in South Africa at that time and nothing was ordered.
