I heard of chad l. Resech's need of a loan from a reputable friend and although i never met him i thought i would do something nice for someone who was in a bad spot. I talked to chad on the phone and he asked for a loan for $7,000.
I talked to him on the phone and he said going through a divorce from heather burgess resech and needed first and last month’s rent so that he can rent this house (11194 68th street ne, albertville, mn 55301) in albertville where his 4 kids reside. I do know who they are as i have ties to the community and the schools, but because they are minors i will respect their mother and not publish their names.
I met him in person sept 6, 2016 and he gave me a promissory note for the principal and 30% interest due oct 6, 2016. He said that he had a big deal with work that was supposed to pay up in sept so he could repay me in oct. I have not seen a dime paid on this loan even though i have been txting him asking when can he pay.
And now since jan 26 i have had no response from him.
I guess i should have done more research versus trusting in his word and his reputation to my friend who introduced us. Now i see he has another Outscam which he settled:
