CertaPet.com is supposed to be according to them the only legitimate ESA animal registration site. when you go through their survey you then are told to pay and set up payments for your account or pay an outrageous fee of $175. I decided to do monthly payments and was immediately charged $65 with no explanation took hours to finally get told there was a $40 non reundable consultation fee to get said letter. when all was said and done i was told i was approved and received my letter. i was a few weeks from moving and moving to a place that did not accept animals so the letter was important.
after giving them the letter (the place i moved to) and living there for almost a month cops arrived at ym door with a judge's letter of removal to kick me out of my apartment. i called certapet and was told there waqs nothing wrong and told what i did wrong. when i went to find a way to cancel on the webiste i couldnt it took me canceling my credit card and ordering a different one in order to get them to stop charging me. stay away do not go homeless or broke trying to keep your pet go through real chnnels like i did after this from a real therapist.
