After receiving a speeding citation i contacted CDLconsultants to see if they could help keep the ticket off of my CDL record. i was told that they have a 92 percent rate at making this happen. they instructed me to plead not guilty in court and they would contact an attorney in my area that had been successful in this area.
I paid the $350.00 and followed their intructions. What they dont tell you is that is the officer wrote the ticket for a lower speed then once you plead not guilty the ticket reverts to the actual mph over the limit, after a few months i recieved a letter from the attorney that he had made a deal with the city attoeney, it was aggreed that i would plead no constest to the citation at a speed of 5 MPH over the posted speed limit. here is the kicker, the origional citation was wrtitten for 5 MPH over the limit in the first place.
I should have taken the plea in abbance that was offered from the city attorney when i appeared in court. The ticket would have cost me only $120 dollars and the citation would have been removed from drivers licence in 6 months. Now because of this fake company this ticket is costing me $470 dollars.
I contacted the company to tell them that i was not at all satisified with the result and because of the lawyers actions the citaton will now be on on drivers licence for 3 years.
The company refused to do anything to help me out all they did was cost me an additional $350 dollars. i would not recommend anyone falling for this scam.
Do Not use this company in hopes of bettering your business!!!We used thhis company to help us with having some dot fines reduced . They assured us that they would get them reduced 30 to 5o % with a payment of $2000.00 upfront and if they couldnt help we would recieve our money back. Well needless to say they did not help with the fines even one dollar off and and refused to give us any portion of our money back. I spoke with the owner Justin who cussed me out as if i hadnt spent any money with his fraudulent company and told me basically to go to H@ll He was the rudest so called business owner i ever came in contact with and i can now see why the poor excuse for a company can not even afford a receptionist to answer the phone . Dont waste your money people !! This company seems to be running its business from Justins one bedroom apartment . Just a scam online .Dont trust these people!!!!
