You get an email that tells you that medicinal canabis is now legal in all 50 states. It invites you to get a free trial bottle for just $ 5.95 shipping and handling. Once you order that free bottle, you immediately get a phone call, in which a customer rep tries to sell you more different items, all just for another $ 5.95, If you decline, he will give you their customer care number, if you need anything.

On the website, it does not mention any subscription at all. However, I got suspicious and found their "terms and conditions" page, which is very well hidden on their website. In it, it states that you also subscribed to a monthly charged fee and monthly delivery of further merchandise.

If you wish to cancel, you must do so either via phone or email. I emailed and the email bounced back saying that it is not an incoming mail box.

I called eight times, and I was told their data banks are just updating now, and so they can't take my cancellation, but will call me back later. I waited for three hours, no call back. I called them a total of seven times to cancel, and they refuse to take the cancellation, saying I will be called back later.

I then managed to find a second phone number in the terms and conditions. At that number, I was told to return the bottle at my own cost. Then they would consider to cancel my subscription. However, upon reading more of their terms and conditions, it says they will not accept opened merchandise.

They never name their business, only "the business" or "the website" etc. I found two different addresses in Nevada, where one can supposedly return merchandise, and on the webpage that opens when one clicks the email link, there is a third address out of Florida.

They have my credit card number, and they will obviously charge it once the trial period of one month had expired. I fail to see how I can even prove that I tried to cancel, since they never let one talk to a manager, only to the reps who say they'll call back later.

Ordered 3 bottles of cbd plus 30 capsules of cbd. nothing works, in my opinion, a placebo. I'm throwing away all of it. I don't care about the money. Just don't like being taken advantage of concerning my health. please put them in jail. they deserve to be incarcerated for a few years.

thankyou, Rick Redding CA

I purchased this free trial for 5.95 shipping and to my surprise they charged my Debit card for 79.95 and I did not authorized. This oil was suppose to be free this is stealing and a scam and to all the other victims that was charged we want our money.

SCAM

This is a ripoff. They took money from my credit card without my knowledge. My CC fraud alert asked if I made this purchase and said no. They froze my card and had to send me a new one just to resolve it. Its a shame people have to scam others to get ahead!!

I took advantage of a deeply discounted price for a first time trial of Pure CBD for $5.95 plus shipping which I paid for using my Visa debit card. I was not told that shipments would continue to be charged at the full price of $69.95. When I received a subsequent shipment, I called to cancel and was told my bank account would be credited upon receipt of the unopened product. I mailed the unopened product to the address in Las Vegas as directed, with receipt confirmed by UPS. I then saw yet another charge on my bank account, though this time I had no idea what it was for; and the phone number provided was out of service. So I canceled my Visa debit card and the bank was able to get the money from them. However, the company continues to deny ever receiving the product I returned, so refuses to refund me the $79.95 they stole from me!!

cbd oil took money out of my bank account without permission

I have had 2 "payments" made to this CBD Co. for something I NEVER ordered. It was explained to me by my bank that it was for a Diet Supplement. The loss to me so far is $69.95 on June 8th and $69.95 on 6/22. I am on Social Security & that money was what I intended to live on for the rest of the month, now I do not know what I am going to do. I need medications and doctor visits as I am paralyzed from the waist down. I have ZERO interested in a weight loss scam.

Something needs to be done as they disregard calls to cancel any fake "contract" to pay $69.95 each month. I do not even know HOW this bunch of thieves & liars got my card number. PLEASE somebody help me & others like me struggling to survive on SS without a nickle to spare, this is a horrific hardship on me & I have no one to help me get by. Credit Card fraud will stop for me AFTER this band of thieves is caught & stopped and I get my money back and stop using the computer for ANYTHING online!

This company offers free trial of their products, then just add you to the subscirtion. In my case for 2 products at 79.95 a month and 69.95 a month. Tried calling to stop it, got a person on the line who could not understand me and visa versa mant different numbers also, these are ones I am aware of. They came from my bank statement coresponding with withdrawls that were taken from my account.

Seems to be noone who can speak english good enough to understand it are speak it. Got a letter from my bank over the weekend one of this numbers from overseas tried to get into my account, thankfull the bank put out a fraud alert and didn't pay that one but they gotr me for a total of $237.95. Even have a returned slip from the Post Office showing I returned the product but still no refund.

Best advice my bank could give was keeping calling and trying, also don't buy anything online unless you already have from them. Too many fraud reports and seems to be very little done about it.

I thought I was trying CBD tincture for $5.95. The ad said only pay shipping to try. I read everything before buying. I ordered on June 7 I received it June 16 on the 20th I was charged a additional 79.95. I called the company. They said I signed up for a subscription. I could only cancel by returning my already used product (which didn't work ) I actually got nasty with the lady and told them this was fraud because none of this was on their website. I am returning the product today. Will update if i am charged again.

I placed my order for a 14 day free trial with a full return in case you are not satisfied. Well I called 3 diffetent times to the number they gave me in the Terms and Conditions with this number : 844-902-1535 to cancel. All 3 times they could not locate my account. I tried returning it within 5 days of receiving it and one dose. Each time I was told I didn't order from them and they would write my information down and escalate my call so someone would call me back in 24-48 hrs. Every 48 hrs I called back same response same actions taken until Monday June 12th when they over-drew my account for a fee of $79.95 (then $22.50 for over-draw fee). The terms and conditions only said $69.99. Well I told them I had spoken to 3 different people about cancelling my account and sending back the oil. They told me I could not return an opened bottle (still technically within the 14 day Risk-Free trial period).

I said the Terms and Conditions I saved and put a check mark next to said that I could return and cancel with no charges if I was not happy with the product. They said "sorry to hear that, but our policy just changed and you can only return it if its unopened or you pay for it. I tried asking for a Supervisor or Relations Specialist each of the 5 times I called, but for some reason there is never one to talk to. Now I'm out $103.45 because of these scammers. I'm never ordering a trial again and Im not going to stop trying to call!!

I found a page on Facebook advertising a FREE trial of CBD oil, just pay shipping. I thought this could help by finances back problems, so I ordered a bottle with my debit card. I received the bottle but my fiancé couldn't use it, so we didn't open it. I checked my account today 6-14-17 and noticed an unauthorized charge for 79.95. On the bank statement it says "Pre Auth BPA New Age HLTH Cleanse Loc." it also listed their number. I called the number and was told it was in the fine print that I had to call and cancel if I didn't want future charges, I saw nothing about this when ordering! The lady I spoke to "Angel" said she would cancel future charges but the fine print said to cancel in I didn't want to be charged again so there was nothing they could do. After a few minutes of arguing with her she said if the bottle was not opened I could return it and they would refund the money but I am wondering if I shouldn't because then I have no proof, and then they still may not refund the money. unless I send it certified mail? I don't know what to do, that's a whole days pay for me. These "companies" need to be stopped from doing this. I have a Facebook if anyone can help me I'm from Maine, same name Elizabeth R. Please contact me if you have any advice! Thank you!

I ordered this product Pure CBD and was only to pay 5.95 for shipping. No where on the order or web site does it say that they are going to debit 79.99 in 14 days. Well 16 days later they debited my account 79.99 which over drafted my account where I was charged by the bank 27.50 for over draft. It was charged under a different company name than it was when it debited the first 5.95 shipping fee. I called the number that my bank provided and each time I called, it tells that there is such a high volume of calls and i need to call back. No luck.

I ordered a free trial bottle of Pure CBD from a site that popped up when I was searching for pain relief for fibramyalgia. I had to give a credit card for $5.95 for shipping. The stuff does not work and tastes like mowed grass. Then I received a second bottle with a receipt for 79.95. I called the customer service #888-618-1399 and in a difficult conversation with a person that I could barely understand managed to cancel any future deliveries (hopefully) but was unable to accomplish anything else like a refund.

Every credit card charge has a different company name attached:

PIU*FULLNUTRICARALUMA 888-618-1399 UT

On May 17th,2017. I placed an online order for a free trial +postage of $5.95, for a bottle of Pure CBD. There was no mention of a full charge or continuing orders. Yet on June 4th $79.95 was charged to my acct. It is impossible getting through by phone so I emailed twice no response.

  • Jun 3, 2017

I received this trial product over a week ago. I wanted to cancel the order before they start shipping me more bottles that I do not want. I no longer have the pkg this came in so the only phone number I could find was on the bottle 866/978-7329. This is a recording that tells me I have to call the company directly but I have no idea what their number is. I know there is a limited time to contact them before I am liable for payment. I believe this is a rip off.

Ordered trial "free" bottle for 5.95 shipping. Arrived 5/10. Charged 5/10. Done deal, product was junk.

Card was charged 78.53 from same phone # but different company name.

When I called was told that they needed my acct number, never recieved one.

Now there is just automated msg on number, disputing with my bank.

Stay away from these folks.

I read add for free bottle of pure cbd oil and only pay shipping handling of 5.95 on may 10 2017 and get free capsules to put oil in for free and no extra charge of any kind. But i was charged 1.95 more unauthorized and i got my product and i never got the free capsules for the oil. I never authorized any payment only the 5.95 shipping charge. I decided to see if they exist online and then saw the outscam and decided to call my bank about the fraudulent charge and possible new ones that cud occur soon. So i cancelled my bank card today m.Ay 22 2017 at 11:09 am with usaa bank

Like others before me, i fell for the "free" sample bottle of pure cbd and paid the $5.95 shipping and handling. How i wish i had checked the outscam webite prior to make this terrible mistake. I received the bottle about a week ago and tought that was the end of it. I did not, to my knowledge, sign up for autoship or order anything else. On may 20, this company charged $79.95 to my account. It was not authorized and, in fact, i have no idea what it is for. The telephone number on the bottle is absolutely useless. I have not been able to contact a single person or voice mail with regard to this fraudulent charge to my account.

  • May 22, 2017

I to sent for the free trial sample of PURE CBD oil and all I had to do was pay shipping and handling of 5.95 . Now I called during the allotted time period they give you to cancel and they still charged my card 79.95 When I saw this on my card statement I called right away, just to get my blood pressure sky high . They bearly spoke English would not let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on me. Refused to refund my money or except any more calls from me.

  • May 22, 2017

I was on Facebook and saw advertisements for Pure CBD. So I started to sign up but when I read that get bottle and pills free just pay shipping and then get each month sent auto I just closed down. They reached out to me by text messages. That I could get 3 for 29.00 dollars. So I thought being on Facebook it would be a legit company. I never recived my order but was charged for it.

I received a call for a free trial of Pure CBD Oil and was told I could cancel by calling a toll free number and was given a confirmation number.

I never received the trial and when I called the toll free number 888-821-2821 the number did not work at all. All attempts to contact this company has failed. The site has a chat option, however even when I allow the cookies from this site, the chat option does not work.

This fake company contacted me because I suffer from chronic joint pain and now I am being charged automatically for a product I never received! If this is resolved I will notify this site. Please help me stop this theivery -
