I was ordering CBD-XRP because I have cancer. I wanted the capsules but realized I had ordered tinture instead. I was calling to see if they would void that order so I could re-order the correct item. After calling their customer service number and not reaching a actual customrer service representative, I had to go through about ten different surveys and then they hung up.. I have repeatedly tried for several hours until I saw the reports of fraud on this website. I now have to wait until it posts through my credit card and dispute it. I AM NOT HAPPY..
This so call company are on the internet selling this CBD oil and pills that are no good and before you know it they took 155.65 o ut of my account which i did not have in my account and my Bank paid them and charge me 72.00. I call this company they only wa nt to give my back part of my money. This company should not get away with this , I thought when you get trail that you are trying the stuff out and if it does not work you sent it back now they are talking about the bottles was used What kind of mess is this. My next step is comsumer affair The Attorney General The BBB. If anyone would like to joint this fight be let me know .
