In Oct. 2016 my husband ordered two 30oz. pink Yeti cups, one for me and one for my mother who had breast cancer. He paid $29.97 each which were taken out of his credit card account seperately. Two transactions posted on October 23, 2016 on our credit card account. Nice pretty pink cups. It did take a long time to get them though. In Nov. 2016 my husband ordered himself a 30oz. Blueline Punisher Yeti cup. Transaction posted Nov. 13, 2016 on our credit card account. So this makes THREE CUPS posted in our credit card account from this company, two in October, PINK, and ONE in November the BLUELINE PUNISHER!!! My husband has not received his cup! He has called they claimed they were a small company and got overwhelmed but would get it out. NOT! Then they have changed their phone number so he couldn't call. Now we find a number we can send a text to but they won't accept a call from.

They took my money BEFORE the item was SHIPPED!!!! Who does that??? I have been texting these people for a week trying to get that one cup for my husband and they keep trying to tell me we are getting the PINK CUP and I keep tellinggthem I already have two PINK cups I want the BLUELINE PUNISHER cup! I did get an e-mail address from them and I sent a copy of the credit card statement showing THREE cups! So they wanted to know the EXACT name and email address my husband used when he ordered the cup, they were going to send him his cup. I have all the emails and saved text messeges to me and him. It was shipped 2nd day usps mail to my address but WRONG NAME and the box is bang up and I have NOT opened it because I don't have to the box has a hole in the top and it's PINK, PINK, P-I-N-K!!!! These people are nothing but a bunch a scammers!!!!! THEY ARE NOT FOR THE POLICE!

I placed an online order with an order for two Blue Line Flags along with two sets of Blue Line Flag Stickers of five per set. One Blue Line Flag & One set of Blue Line Flag Stickers arrived including an unprofessional Packing slip included along with the flag. Although all the requested items were listed on the Packing Slip, no other items were ever received. This Packing Slip included an order # & the shipping date of 11/21/2016. No tracking number has ever been made available for this order. As you can see from the prior shipping date, I have been waiting nearly 5 months without any arrival of the missing items, which were charged to my account with a transaction date of 11/05 & a Posting date of 11/07 the Historical Southern Flags inclusive of an 888 call number. When I called, a recording instructed to leave a contact name & number. My initial thought is that I have been defrauded, or that this is not a viable company, or they have unbelievably inept business methods. I need resolution to this matter & either the ordered items or a monetary refund!
