My wife is a big fan of stores such as Bebe or Marciano's. She sent me information via Instagram about catwalkconnection.com & told me that she likes their clothes & styles. I started following the company on Instagram & really liked the clothes their models were wearing. It fit both my wife & my taste so I decided to surprise her by ordering her 7 items. Her size is Small at Bebe and Marcianos (or any store for that matter). She is 5'7" and 135 lbs with 36 DD and 28 inch waist. Basically, after looking at the models and the clothes presented it appeared to be a perfect fit. I placed the order (while placing the order it shows a countdown ticker for 40% off sale, which turns out is a 24/7 "sale") and we were both looking forward to getting her clothes. After almost two weeks passed and the order still showed as "unfulfilled" on their website, I sent an e-mail asking for a status, which was not responded to. The following week it was still unfulfilled, 2 weeks had passed, and I sent another e-mail threatening a credit card dispute and negative online reviews if I didn't get an update. Magically, that day the order was processed and sent out from China.
After 4 more days the package arrives (almost 3 weeks after we placed the order), and my wife tried the clothes on. Basically, the clothes were such poor quality that one dress ripped when she tried it, and the others items, only some fit, looked terrible. No form, structure, it was like the clothes were made as cheap play clothes for children. Stay away from the this company. The clothes modeled are clearly made of different materials, and likely custom-tailored to deceive the consumer. Now we will have to dispute the charge...Stay away!!!
I just bought a pair of boots that cost me $170 and are nothing like in the pictures ! they are supposed to be tight around the legs up above the knee and they are HUGE !!!! and so WIDEEE !

If I could give this company zero stars I would! I bought a pair of shoes for my girlfriend on the 9th December 2017, a week later I requested an update on my order to which I got no reply. I waited several days then requested they cancel my order as it was taking too long and I no longer wanted the item... surprise surprise! The nxt day I received a reply telling the order couldn’t be cancelled as it had already shipped. That was on the 19th of December 2017!!! It’s now the 24th of January 2018 and I still don’t have any shoes from this company and I don’t expect I will ever receive them either. This company should be closed down stear clear!!!
Bought a dress for $160 janis white dress. Was expecting it to look like on the model. Number 1, it didn’t fit, number 2 it was not worth $160 at all. It was cheaply made. Like i could see the stitching and there’s no lining. When i wanted to return it...They sent me an address that was from china and it would cost me hundreds of dollars to ship. Do not shop from catwalk not worth a penny. Came from dhl, they are based in australia but they make their clothes in china. Wanted me to submit shipping with my name and order number. $160 gone.
I ordered some thigh high boots from CC. When they arrived, the two boots were different widths at the top, causing one leg to fall down and the other to be tight and stay up. As this is considered a "faulty product", they allowed a return for store credit, but I had to pay for the return. This cost me over $50 AUD and it took over 3 MONTHS for them to finally receive the boots back to their warehouse/manufacturer in China. When I used the credit they gave me online to re-purchase new things, I still had to pay for shipping to receive the new items, even though I had already paid for shipping twice. When I received the second items (a cat suit and body suit, which I paid a bit extra for because I couldn't find anything I wanted that was the same price as the credit I received) they were both poorly made. I am a AUS size 8, with D cup breasts, a small waist, and a round bum. My body shape is the same as all of their models on the site. Neither item fit properly, the mesh on the inside of the bodysuit didn't cover my nipples, and the inner lining of the catsuit came out the bottom and made them look like bellbottoms, and you could see the lining. I emailed them and they told me to send them back but that I would have to pay shipping AGAIN. This cost me another $54, took another 3 MONTHS, and then the clothes were RETURNED to my home address with no explanation from Chinese customs as to why! I have emailed CC and they haven't responded. NEVER buying from them again! Cost me over $350!

Return policy horrible, no customer service
