Get the fraud!!!

19 months ago I gave the Castle Law Group $3000 with the understanding that our contract with Bluegreen Corp. would be canceled and we would be free of all obligations with our timeshare. After calling and given the lame excuse of it is one of the next few to be looked at. We really can't afford another dime to get rid of our timeshare; living on Social Security alone won't get it. What can we do ?

In March 2016 I entrusted my payment to Castle aw Group to get me out of the timeshare I had. All indication was that this would take about 6 months and that I would be free of any further connection to the timeshare. It is now April 2018 and nothing has been done. All I have received is broken promises and the standard answer to be patience. Castle was very quick to gather their fees but since that date, no communications have been exchanged except we are working on it. I have had very little communications with them and I believe that is a sham. All I am looking for is the return of my fee paid or the completion of the work that Castle Law said they would do

I hared Resort RElief LLC from Conrore TX and the turned my information to Castle Law Group feb 2017. I thought they were working on my case until they sent a letter stating they no longer could represent me in Aug 2017.

Come to find out they did not bother to send a letter resciding their representation to Silver Leaf. We are now up for forclosure. All of this after paying them $4050 for them to help us.

They did not return the $4050.00. Thy need to make it right.

They were very nice and said they could legally cancel my timeshare. I paid them $4700 in July 2016. I contacted them 11 months later and was told to be patient, that they were putting several cases together and waiting for response from the resort. Now I cannot contact Castle at all. The phone # has a recorded message saying to contact them at a certain E-mail address, but No response. So much for the satisfaction guarantee or your money refunded.

This company took almost $4000 from me with a promise that the could get me out of my timeshare agreement. At first, before they recieved my money, they were very responsive but after that, everything hits the fan. Phone numbers, email addresses, everything changed. It was as if they dissappeared from the face of the earth. To top that off, according sign agrrement with them i would recieve my deposit within a year if they were unable to come to a settlement. But without anyway to contact them, thats is not going to be possibble.

Simply these people are about the lowest thing on the earth. And from what I have read all of these kinds of scams are much the same. I was burnt 2 times. That will not happen again. I am looking for a real Lawyer to fix this.

No wonder this world is full of crooks. We The People let these vermin roam around and set up shop and run like hell when they get caught. They even have a phone line with a link to ask questions. That support .com is not even a real address.

We entered into an agreement and paid a retainer fee to have Castle Law Group get us out of our timeshare. Multiple calls yielded no help. No one would return calls left on voice mail and the person handling our account changed every time. The process was never completed. Now I a receiving a demand letter from the timeshare.

As a client of Castle Law Group, I believe Castle's attorneys should be reported to the Tennessee Bar. Castle pressured us into paying high upfront legal retainers ($5,000) by promising that we would recieve a full refund if they are unsuccessful. Our agreement said we would be entitled to a full refund after 12 months.

Thats when all the probelms start! First, they dont tell you the Castle engagement contract has expired, you have to figure it out yourself. Ofcourse, Castle never communicates ANYTHING to its clients. But if you happen to remember and request the refund of the fess you paid (as they promised in writting), thats when the run around, lies and excuses begin.

Castle's attorneys argue all sorts of reasons why we do not qualify for a refund. First, we didnt do what we were supposed to (can you imagine, the attorney's actually blame the clients) and therefore they are entitled to terminate us as clients WITHOUT A REFUND! Even though they never communicated anything of the sort for over a year!

Then when you ask in disbeleif how that could possibly be true, another Castle Lawyer person says that they beleive they are on the verge of getting our timeshare cancelled and we should just continue to wait.

Months go by with NO further communication from Castle. When you finalluy get someone on the phone, someone then has the audacity to say that the firm had actually "fulfilled their services" under the agreement. Fullfilled? For $5,000 we got a letter to the timeshare company saying they represent us, then NOTHING, literally, for 15 or more months.

When we finally threatened to file a bar complaint, they become more willing to give a refund. But my real purpose of my complaint is what happened a few days ago. CASTLE LAW DIDNT CARE ABOUT US THEIR CLIENT, THEY JUST INTERROGATED US ABOUT "WHO" TOLD US WE COULD GET A REFUND!!!!!!!

THATS MY POINT - CASTLE LAW IS COUNTING ON ITS CLIENTS FORGETTING THAT YOU CAN GET A REFUND. AND THEY GET ANGRY AT ANYONE WHO DARES TO REMIND US!!!!!

IS THIS NOT A GROSS CONFLICT OF INTEREST! INSTEAD OF INFORMAING US WE HAD THE RIGHT TO A REFUND UNDER THE LAW FIRMS ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT, THEY TRY TO STOP US FROM KNOWING - THAT DOESNT SOUND LIKE THEY ARE WORKING TO HELP ME - BUT TO HURT ME!!!

JUDSON PHILLIPS SIGNED OUR CONTRACT AND AM TOLD HE OWNS CASTLE LAW GROUP. MARK MY WORD, I WILL NOT REST TILL HE IS DISBARRED OR WORSE!!!!!

I have been defrauded, apparentlly one of hundreds to give upfront retainers to these guys. They promised me a full refund if they were not successful in getting my timeshare cancelled. Not only was it never cancelled, but Vacation Village filed suit against me and ruined my credit - all while my "lawyers" did nothing. I started with Sean Austin at TAI, and then they moved my account to Caslte Law Group. I have an engagement letter singed by Chris Butler, but I understand the law firm is owned by Judson Phillips. Having done some research, it seems mr judson has been in trouble before for not repaying his debts - just like he has not repaid me and other clients. His sale people told me i would get my money back if they were not successful, but that was a lie to get me to send them my last dollar. I am disabled and feel like i was taken advantage of buy TAI and then Castle Law group. I intend ot file a complaint with the lawyer bar associattion against these guys!
