Cascade Capital, LLC SERIES C tried to send a bill through Phoenix Financial Services LLC for a bill to me in a whole other state. It was a bill for my daughter, mind you she is 22 years old, and she lives in totally different state from me. This is bogus and I think I will have to contact an attorney to get this clarified. I am not paying a medical bill that is not mine. How did they get my SSN is another question. SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD TO ME!!!

These businesses act as collection and buy out uncollected medical bills mostly fraudulent and attempt to collect all or a portion. If listed as a medical bill and originated over 5 yrs ago, first don't pay as it's uncollectable past date and unsueable to fact. State U.C.G.M. governs against. Don't correspond as it's possible that may provide a renewal mark.
I received a letter from Paramount Recovery Systems, L.P. on June 22, 2020. The letter stated that I owed $212.30 to Cascade Capital Funding, LLC, although I have never heard of this company. If I owe this money, I would like to verify who the original creditor is and pay the original creditor directly. I can afford to pay this bill today, but not to a bogus company.
I never even heard of these people. Now its on my credit & no one can help take it off. I just want these people to leave me alone. I don't owe them ANYTHING. On my credit it says it's from Louisiana & I didn't even stay there long & when I did I had medicaid.
Just got a letter in the mail from Cascade Capital, LLC Series A saying we owed over $700 for my daughter's emergency room visit from 5 years ago!!! I know for a fact that we paid what we owed years ago for this visit and we NEVER got any more bills since! I call this company and they knows all of my daughter's personal info which angers me!!! They threatened to take me to court and so I called this doctors company and they said that we didn't owe anything that they knew of so I call this collection company back and I told them that they were a fraud and to go ahead and take me to court. She proceeded to tell me no they won't take me to court and I said well the only way they will get a penny out of me is if they take me to court to prove that we owe this amount etc and hung up on them!

I was in the hospital for an emergency gall bladder removal in 2015. I was still awaiting the Federal level Second Appeals Council decision on a disability case that was now in its 3rd full year of waiting on bureacratic b.s., The ssd case was finally approved at the MEDICAL level, I informed my hospital and my doctors that took care of this at the time of surgery and they asked me to fill out alot of paperwork and they would be able to provide me with financial assistance in the matter should i meet the eligibility guidelines. I submitted all that they asked for and I did in fact meet all the financial eligibility requirements for the hospitals financial assistance program. Okay, never heard from them again, until NOW...2 years later and theyre disguising the account as collections. I informed the previous creditor of what I just wrote here, and now all of the sudden the accounts have been transferred to Cascade Capital LLC series C. very clever, very clever.......12 letters in one day from Cascade all with different account numbers but with my name....very clever indeed.

My daughter received a letter from Paramount Recovery Systems, L.P. It stated she owed $50.00 to a company called Cascade Capital LLC Series B. It did not state where this debt originated. When we looked up Cascade Capital to try and figure out who they were we discovered that they were a collections agency. My daughter did not owe this debt! These people are scammer's. Obviously they are now getting collection agencies(Paramount) to collect debts for them. We have sent the letter back with a hand written note stating we know they are crooked and not to contact us again.
Had Cascade capital blow up my phone for 1-800 numbers to local numbers, attempting to collect a debt for medical services rendered a few years ago. (I had insurance and paid the hospital). Finally, I answered, and even though I am a poor college student I was talked into taking the original amount owed (around $1400) splitting it down to half (around $700) and doing monthly payments until I paid off balance.
3 months and $690 later, I get mail stating another payment is to come out and my balance remained at $1200-ish, I think to myself "That isn't right" so I call the company and the representative assured me Jan 1, 2018 was indeed my last payment, he does not know why I recieved a letter stating otherwise and to just ignore it. Well, fast forward to 1/26/2018 I recieve ANOTHER letter saying next payment will automatically come out of my account for next $230...That can't be right? So I call again to confirm this is another mistake?
NOpe...got transferred and put on hold a few times, finally someone tells me the agreed amount was $900 not $700 which I would have NEVER agreed to, given that Is 1/4 my college tuition?! That money is precious and I know I couldn't afford it...and I stated that man last month said the account was closed because I paid it off...
Long story short, do not believe this collector, nor try to work with them. They have my recordings stating the amount I agreed to and have charged beyond it. Really poor ethics. Save yourself and learn from my mistake!
I moved in this park on June 1,2017 and gave a written notice to vacate that same day . I rendered a check for 1000 with 500 as security . I have written , called at least 15 times with no response
The Cascade Capitol management company has defrauded me out of $500.00 they will not respond to my requests for my refund
I checked my credit report and it shows I owe a collection of over $7,000 and the account opened in April 2015. I deal with my bank with all financing purposes so I know this is incorrect. I filed a dispute with credit reporting agency.
