The Castano family left my rental property without paying the rent of $1700!
Carlos A Castano / Carlos Castano rented my apartment for his family for 6 days and then extended 2 extra days. He made an wire of the first 6 days rent ($1300) to my account and sent an screenshot as proof. However the WIRE NEVER ARRIVED!!
He then told me the wire is on the way and agreed to pay the $400 for the extended 2 days. His credit card worked for $400.
On the date of "check out", I went to the apartment to meet them, only to find that THEY ARE GONE!! His credit card no longer works. I am concerned the $400 we charged will also bounce because he has reported the credit card lost.
His deposit check $200 is from his company HERMANOS MONCAGRIPPO USA, LLC which is located at 333NE 24th Street Suite 1512. But the address is for an apartment. NO CARLOS CATANO LIVES THERE!
Since his family left, Carlos Castano never answers his phone or email.
DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY OR ANY OF HIS RELATIVE.
