Annabelle Socacoa, APRN an employee of IPC is breaking Hippa laws and enriching herself while doing so. She works hand in hand with Caring Nurses in Las Vegas. On a daily basis she texts critical and confidential information to Caring Nurses liaison Mike of patients names, diagnosis and what rehab or skilled nursing facility they are in. Mike from Caring Nurses then goes to all those facilities stating that he is following patients from hospital that he saw. It is un true that he has ever seeing tbose patients in hospitals. Ms Socacoa gives him a list ( HIPPA violation) even on patients that are currently on other services or even on hospice. She also pushes patients to go on Caring Nurses services and tells all the case managers from facilities to ONLY use Caring Nurses and not giving a choice (medicare mandate) to the patients. It is unfortunate that someone would stood so low while representing such a wonderful company as IPC.
