While reviewing my checking account on line I discovered an $89.99 debit card charge for a company called Caring Looks. No one at my house has ordered from this company. I called the telephone number that was on the charge transaction and was put on hold. A recorded voice cam on and gave me the option to get a return call and I did just that. Still waiting for the call but will follow up with a trip to the bank tomorrow to see what I need to do to stop this and/or pursue Caring Looks legally for using my debit card illegally. How did they get the info to do this?
Tried to order a product, Mastique Biotin Complex for a "free" trial for $4.95 shipping charge. Once I entered my credit card number it auto populated two other items that I did not want and would not give me an option to cancel. I called to cancel; they shipped anyway. Also put me on a monthly automatic shipment program. What started out as $4.95 became (4.95+4.95+19.99+1.95= $31.84) for one month) I called again once I received the package and said I want 100% refund, they said can give 30% refund of the 19.99 product but other charges were shipping charges. I told them I was reporting to BBB. Representative came back on line and said they would give 100% refund and cancel future orders. May take a month to credit my account. So actually, I will wait to see if I get a refund, but returned all unopened items with tracking receipt.
