I had been with care-in-homes for a couple years when they suddenly raised their prices. It use to be $14 per referral. Now its more than double that. Over the 2 years I was with them I was sent hundreds of leads, but not one client came from it. Waste of time and money.
Signed up with this company for sales leads. As I should have known better, they charge you $400.00 off the top to send leads.
Out of the $400.00 they can charge you $19.00 (non refundable) for a text/email lead and/or $55.00 if a call is patched directly thru to your phone.
From day one (1) I complained. Calls came in from people who wanted a Medicaid provider, when our profile specifically states "PRIVATE PAY OR LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE ONLY".
Then they patched a call thru from a man looking for a "facility" for his sister. No where on our profile does it say we are a facility. We are listed under IN HOME CARE.
Another time the patched a lady in who I had already spoken to, but does not need services, for maybe 6 months from now.
Got another one today from a Charles Gdonotwant. Uhm, hello look at the name! Phone number does not even go to anyone. Yet, CareINHome, continues to charge for their ineptitude to properly qualify a lead.

This company gives false leads and reuses previous leads and charges you for them.
Total scam. We used them for 6 months. No business, false leads and a used up buget.
