I purchased 2 Itunes gift cards $100 each for my nephew's birthday on October 25th, 2018, and the only reason I used this website instead of Itunes it is because when you purchase from apple the gift cards don't become available until 4 hours later, as a teenager he wanted his present immediately, so I found this place, big mistake! I got the gift cards and when my nephew try to use them it said it was redeemed, I contacted customer support, and they told me that there was nothing wrong with them, then they asked me for a screenshot which we sent, then they told me to contact Itunes in order for them to provide me with a time stamp of the gift cards when they were used. When I called Itunes, Oh Surprise!!!!

the serial number in both cards were identicals, and these cards have had several complaints that it had been sold over and over again since May 2018!!! I email again CardDelivery support with the email provided by Itunes support and they still refuse to give me a refund, said Itunes is not saying anything useful, which is a lie because in their email they explain everything, and they have the audacity of telling me that is my fault that I gave the cards to a scammer! My nephew happens to be 14 years old who live with my brother and sister in law in Korea! At the end of the day, they will not admit they are the scammers, and it is the customer fault that trusted them! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! CardDelivery.com is a fraud!!!

Stay Away

You buy from them and you must give the a picture with you in it with either your phone number, a government issue id or passport. I have been trying to get my money back for a few days. The order is cancelled on their site, but I have yet to get the money.

Buy itunes gift cards for a different site!! fraud!!!! delivering nothing after payment. They request voice mails or a photo of ourself for verification! each time, they say my voice isn't clear.

Finally, they stopped responding to my polite mails!! very professional indeed!

They have intrusive and inconvenient procedures, asking for your private information. They gave me one card quickly, sure. It was an itunes card. However, their supply of imvu cards were all already redeemed. They made me go through repetitive and redundant procedures to have them replaced, but as i said, they were all used. When i asked for a refund, they stopped communicating with me and gave nothing. I do not recommend this website.

I am from Malaysia. In February I bought a $100 + $9.99 (their commission) itunes gift card from CardDelivery.com for a US recipient. The card was issued with invalid code, meaning the card was already redeemed. From Day One, I have informed CardDelivery. After many emails to the support teams, still they did not rectify the situation and failed to issue me a valid one. iTunes (apple.com) would be able to verify that the card was already redeemed before my purchase date.

Their support team has also changed from carddelivery.com to giftnix.zendesk.com. causing some confusion.

I sincerely hope this review would shame them and they would make good their product and issue me a clean code.

I purchased 2 $50 iTunes cards from this merchant on May 7, 2018. I purchased a $100 one on May 8, 2018. When my friend tried to use the $100 one, he was told it was fake.

The two $50 ones were for another person - a soldier in Syria. When I contacted the Apple Store support, the representative noted that the serial numbers and barcodes on the 2 $50 cards were identical. Upon examination, it was deicovered that the $100 one had the same serial number and barcode.

I received 2 pfishing emails from the merchant's "support line" telling me that someone had attempted to use my information to purchase an electronis gaming system. Those emails are why I contacted Apple support.

Fortunately for me, I did not respond to the emails with anything that would allow the scammers access to my computer. I filed a complaint with the FTC and on another fraud report site.

The site is still online I would very much like to get them knocked off the internet. If anyone can advix=se me how, I wold sincerely appreciate it. I hate to know that they are stil victimizing others, some of whome may not be as savvy as I am to pfishing emails. i wish I hav=d beeen more savvy about purchasing online. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with an online merchant.

I have also filed a report with my local police.
