The dealer was supposed to fix TPMS monitors before I picked up my vehicle. (2007 Escalade). Brought the car back and they still did not fix it and told me he would send 2 TPMS monitors to me in the mail. Because I came from another state I could not continue to keep traveling back and forth. George the manager made a promise to me (4) times that he sent these to me in the mail. When I asked for a tracking number he could not come up with one. George has got to be one of the biggest BULLSHIT artists I have ever met. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Beware of this dealer
Please do not buy/lease or even rent a car from this place, I am warning you, please. George Hajati and Hector Alavardo are very dishonest men.
On 12/29/2016, I went to car nation to buy a car and I have had nothing but problems ever since.
I thought, I was Financing the car for 36 months....no, that was NOT true, George Only does leases ??? After having the car for 2 (two) weeks, I had to have the "rotors" turned ? Then week 3 (three), the car was still running bad, I had to have the hub replaced.
So, now I have tried to renegotiate New Financing terms with George and he will Not give me the contact info. ????
Today is 2/12/2017 and I want to return this car & end all financial commiments to Car Nation.
