Car Match USA located at a mailbox drop at 515 N Flagler Dr. Suite 300, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 The undercover Owner of this company is Alan Palange and the daily scam of this company is running by Mark, this company is totality illegal they state they’re running a marketing company, but there are putting cars on their website for lease takeover without qualifying for the lease (Sublease is illegal in all 50 States) They charged the owner of the car a marketing fee and sublease the car to anyone that have $3500.00 to give them. And the owner of the car does not get a dime of the money. This is a scam. we have talk to several car owners how have lost their car and that credit dealing with this company. This also state that they have been in business since 2009 we looked up the domain and discovered that they just registered the domain for carmatchusa.org by Godaddy on May 5, 2014 so they just been in business for only one year, how can you trust a company that lies like this.

We paid this company to take over a lease and still have not gotten the car or our money back, so we have filed a complaint with the attorney general’s office in California and Florida also with several other regulatory agencies in consumer website. Here are some laws you should know before you sub lease your car or let someone take over the payment in you. HERE’S SOME STATE SUBLEASING LAWS VEHICLES - Sections 570-574 2005 California Penal Code Sections 570-574 CHAPTER 12.7. UNLAWFUL SUBLEASING OF MOTOR VEHICLES PENAL CODE SECTION 570-574 570. (a) A person engages in an act of unlawful subleasing of a motor vehicle if all of the following conditions are met: (1) The motor vehicle is subject to a lease contract, conditional sale contract, or security agreement the terms of which prohibit the transfer or assignment of any right or interest in the motor vehicle or under the lease contract, conditional sale contract, or security agreement. (2) The person is not a party to the lease contract, conditional sale contract, or security agreement. (3) The person transfers or assigns, or purports to transfer or assign, any right or interest in the motor vehicle or under the lease contract, conditional sale contract, or security agreement, to any person who is not a party to the lease contract, conditional sale contract, or security agreement. (4) The person does not obtain, prior to the transfer or assignment described in paragraph (3), written consent to the transfer or assignment from the motor vehicle's lessor, seller, or secured party. (5) The person receives compensation or some other consideration for the transfer or assignment described in paragraph (3). (b) A person engages in an act of unlawful subleasing of a motor vehicle when the person is not a party to the lease contract, conditional sale contract, or security agreement, and assists, causes, or arranges an actual or purported transfer or assignment, as described in subdivision (a). 572. They are scammers! they found someone to take over my lease, sent me what i thought at the time was a legitimate contract, then once the lessee took over my lease they were nowhere to be found. I constantly had late charges on my account from the lessee not making payments on time and when it was time to turn in the car i had to leave at least 10 voicemails and emails for alan palange Owner of carmatch) to confirm that yes, in fact, the car had been turned in. After the car was turned i was stuck with a bill of over $7,000 from mileage overage, car damages and fines that the lessee incurred while the car was in their care. When i reached out to car match for them to support my legal rights as were outlined in the sublease contract we initially signed, they did not reply and avoided all contact. They still have not responded to me and i am still trying to get these charges taken care of but want to warn potential buyers to stay clear of car match.

Alan Palange from Car Match USA sub-leased my Hyundai Azera and he told me everything is legal because he is affiliated with a law firm, it started after 4 month into the lease when the person which leased the car gave my car to another person he's brother in law I was told, Carmatch USA never notified me leasing the car to another person, but the problem started when the other person operated my car with out car insurance, the police impounded the car and Carmatch USA had to pay the impound fee, later I found out the car was involved in an accident and got severely damaged, Alan palange told me I have to pay for half the damage which $1250.00 and the damage had to be fixed before the car get turned in to the leasing company I paid this amount with my credit card, also never pay the last 2 month of lease $660.00, car was driven 4500 mile over the allowed milage which I had to another $930.00, also I got from the court of Newark NJ parking violation in the amount of $702.00 because the car was registered under my name, Alan Palange keep promising I will get my money back but did not getting any responds or emails, I have called at least 40 times but he will not answer the phone, this person is NOT TRUST WORTHY and not recomend to any one to do business with him, I hope you can help me to get this money back.

Car has not had a payment on it in 2 months (so far), causing Lexus to call me everyday. This is starting to effect my credit. I have been nice, no results. I have threatened, no results. Since, under contract, the car is in my name, and im still fully responsible for all payments. DO NOT SEEK "HELP" FROM THESE SCUM!

ProScript Media and Advertising Services, LLC D/

515 N Flagler Dr Ste P300

West Palm Beach FL 33401-4326

Complaint Description:

On April 13, 2016 I signed a contract with CAR MATCH USA, to my disappointment the contract has not been upheld. On April 13, 2016 I signed a contract with CAR MATCH USA that stipulated "Owner desires to contract with CAR MATCH USA as an agent to match the vehicle owner with an individual to assume the vehicle owners remaining payments on the above described vehicle." The contract has not been upheld. I am disappointed because:

After placing a $300 deposit with CAR MATCH USA to locate a buyer for the lease, the deposit was never returned.

Furthermore on November 2016, the lessee failed to make a lease payment on the account, which was immediately reported to my credit bureaus. While the matter regarding the late payments was claimed to be resolved by Car Match USA, late payments are still outstanding on the account as of May 8 2017.

On May 7 2017 I received a collection agency bill dated May 1 2017 forwarded from the NYC Dept of Finance. It stipulated that there were 5 unpaid parking tickets on the vehicle, all beginning November 30,2016 and totaling $708.16

After receiving the collection agency bill, I ran a plate search on the NYC Dept of Finance to find the car had 71 outstanding violations, 8 of which had reached judgment violation with a total amount owed equaling $6,280.00

There are new tickets being added daily to the car, lessee's tickets outrageously range from illegally parking in front of fire hydrants to leaving car parked during street cleaning.

I am currently unable to locate the vehicle, reach CAR MATCH USA, or reach the attorney that executed the contract. I am disappointed that both CAR MATCH USA and the lessee failed to uphold the contract and have created emotional, mental and financial trauma for me.

Despite my best efforts to get in contact with the executing attorney, all contact information has been listed as out of business or out of service.

My desired Resolution:

I am seeking reimbursement for my $300 deposit. I am seeking coverage of the ticket violations equaling $6,280. I am seeking the location and repossession of the vehicle. I am seeking termination of the contract.

By far one of the most painful and expensive decisions I've ever made. I used Car Match to find a new driver for our Nissan Rogue, which actually happened quick, and I was impressed by. I was assured by both Mark (sales) and Alan (boss man) that everything would be taken care of, the car would be re-registered, and that preventative measures would be in place to prevent the new driver from going over the allotted mileage of 9,000 miles over the next 11 months. In fact, on the first page of the agreement, it states:

"Here is a brief summary of the services we provide:

- Background check of the vehicle user (doubt this happened)

- DUI/DWI check (maybe legit)

- Proof of residency (legit)

- Proof of income (irrelevant since he won't pay for his charges)

- Installation of GPS tracking device, mileage tracker & geo-fence (not monitored)

- Monthly vehicle payment alerts & monitoring (never received one thing and payments were always late)"

Over the course of the next few months, I tried endlessly to work with multiple folks at Car Match to have the car re-registered in the new driver's name and state so that I could cancel the insurance that I was still paying for. But this ended up just being frustration, as my insurance company ended up crediting me for the difference. The real problem was when the care was finally returned at the end of the lease (1.5 months late).

I was speechless when I received the end-of-lease liability statement from Nissan showing that the driver had driven our car 25,000 miles in 11 months! There was never any monitoring that took place, and Jimmy ignored any and all attempts to take responsibility for the $4,500 in charges due to the excess mileage, wear and tear, and damage. Not to mention there is still an unpaid $200 parking ticket in my name that the driver.

After I took such care in making sure that I did everything by the book, I feel that this is criminal. In fact, Car Match continues to honor Mr. Jimmy Curtis of Alexandria, VA as one of their most loyal customers, as he is currently driving somebody else's vehicle to the extreme that he drove ours (he won't answer or return calls, nor respond to the demand letter sent by Car Match).

Players in this game include:

Alan (Car Match) - the brains behind it all. Will make the attempt when badgered, but will claim no responsibility in the end. He did step up and send the demand letter to the new driver, but this fell on deaf ears. He has since gone dark.

Mark, Cindy, Andrea, and other admin-of-the-day staff (Car Match): They will continue to give you the run around for months until you get too tired to pursue. Ultimately, they are puppets of Alan and honestly don't know what to do.

Jimmy Curtis (New Driver): Signed the contract and never intended to abide by it. He currently owes a reduced amount of $3,600, which I had to pay to avoid the negative mark on my credit.

I am currently awaiting direction from the local court as to the required steps to take against both Car Match and Jimmy Curtis. At the very least, I hope to save someone from making the same mistake I did.

My story is idenicle to the ones posted on this site, not surprisingly. I did however finally have my car returned to the dealership (14 days past due at $27 per day) the car had significant damage, cracked windshield, bumper falling off, front wheel looked like it had been in an accident. According to our paperwork the 'buyer' of the vehicle is repsonsible for the additional charges and damages. I already had to cover the last 2 payments that were not made on the car)

I am wondering if anyone has found any resolution or has begun a lawsuit against alan and his fraudulent business? I definitely do not want this to happen to anyone else and am deeply concerned this will effect me financially for years to come. If anyone has found any sliver of hope please let me know, i am happy to connect and discuss.

Complete and total scam as you can tell from all of the complaints on this site. My story is idenicle. I have tried to report the car stolen but am being bounced around all the different police departments and being told i have to take it to court. Cannot locate my car, no reply from cindy or alan. I am in ny, car is supposedly in fl "being returned to the dealership" -: i have been told since nov 23rd i am being charged every single day the car is not returned to the dealership and it is ruining my credit. This is a total nightmare and i do not want it happening to anyone else. These people need to go to jail. If you would like to join together in a law suit please email me [email protected]

They love to steal your money and not return your calls

I was originally contacted by Mark McAuliffe last year to help me get out of my lease. I signed the contract that states,

"For a membership fee of $300 Car Match USA will undertake multiple marketing tactics to secure a rider for the Car Match USA Ride Share Program. We will continue this service until which time we secure a rider. If a rider is not secured within 90 days of this agreement, we will refund the total charge of $300 to the credit card listed below. When a match is made between the owner & rider Car Match USA will refund $300 to the owner within seven days of the Rider taking possession of the vehicle.

RIDE SHARE PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL If at any time seller decides to withdraw from the program prior to sixty days from the date of this agreement you will forfeit your membership fee of $300."

It has been 11 months and my car has not been matched so I asked them to cancel my membership. I have spoken to Alan on the phone, and he said, sure I understand, but nothing was done. I have left 3 voice mails, I have emailed them and now I'm writing bad reviews, letting all of you know to not even consider working with people that are not responsive. Give me my money back and I will gladly amend my post.
