As most people do when it comes to ship the car from CA to WA, I inquired the quote from several companies. Among them, this car2transport broker named offered me the initial quote of $550 to transport the car from CA to Seattle WA. So I took her offer because it sounds reasonable deal to me and she seems really nice and responsible. A day later, she called me and said she will have the dispatch contact me to arrange the transport and also she needs the credit card (which I do not have to pay until I sign the contract) to reserve the offer. I waited for the dispatch to call me which doesn't happen until I called them and I spoke to 'Ely' who's extremely rude abs unprofessional. She told me that I need to be patient and wait for their call. I said 'ok' because I do not want to be pushy even though I told 'Gia' that how urgent I want the car to transport. Anyway, I waited one more day.
Next morning, I got the call from 'Ely' that she got the driver but the price is $690 which is far more than what 'Gia' said.
So, of course, I denied to contiue with them by telling them 'I'll pass on this because this is over my budget'. Then 'Ely' told me that if I refuse their service and what I'm gonna do which is entirely not their business that what I will do next. I did not give her the reason and she kept saying that I have to drive the car by myself from there to here if I refuse it. And she also said that she found some other companies listing my car on the same website and she got so mad about it. I believe I have the choice to do business with anyone if I like their service. So I told 'Ely' that either I drive the car or not is not her concern and I passed the service. I explained 'Gia' the situation and she said she will find another dispatch and found one named 'Mildred' who now I think that doesn't exit which I found out later because I tried to reach 'Mildred' several times and she's never available and I only get to speak that 'ELy'.
Anyway, both 'Mildred' whom I assumed is 'Ely' and 'Gia' promised me that the car will be picked up on Friday or Saturday morning and deliver to me on Tuesday the latest. I waited till Saturday afternoon and they haven't picked up the car. So I contacted both driver and 'Gia', no reply! I contacted again on Monday, no reply, voicemail. I contacted the company, and get to 'Ely' who told me the driver wants to talk to me and will pick up the car today. So she transferred me to that 'Eagle transport' which hang up on me every time. I called car2transport again, no one picks up. I keep calling them for the 5th time, Ely picked up and said the driver didn't pick up because I'm being rude and I was like 'how can I be rude if I didn't even have a chance to talk to them?' She transferred me again, and the eagle hang up again. My car hasn't been picked up till now and haven't heard from anyone!
