After doing considerable work on residencial property and promised to be paid, I was given 1 cash payment with a promise to be paid for the on-going and growing balance. More work was requested and done in good faith.
Request for proposal for new furnace installation of HVAC was given then I was told proposal was accepte and Capstone sent a check later even asked if I received it. Given the run around and told the check was on the way, than told they were holding it and not until informing them I would lein the property for services already performed than a check was sent, but depositing or cashing the check proved impossible the account number on the printed check from Capstone was non existant.
It was a routing number owned by JP Morgan, but no referance for Capstone Financial Group for electronic funds transfer, or for check writing existed. I was given this check for payment but proved to be no good. Repeated lies and broken promises is what to expect from these people their promise and word are worthless.
