I am bringing to your attention an EXTREMELY abusive "Owner" of Camfrog.
She is known as "Allison, AKA Allia, AKA <> AKA D3V1L@H34RT~>" and several other names she hides on in the main room.
I've always wondered why does she feel she has to have so many user names?
Today, she has secretly banned me from the room for absolutely NO VIOLATIONS and with NO justifiable reason. This isn't the first time she has done this to me and pretended she didn't do it.
This is NOT the first time she has secretly banned me. This is the 3rd time that I'm banned from the main Camfrog room where most of my chat friends go.
Two of the times is when I was upgraded to pro. The first time she secretly banned me, I was only able to enjoy 30 days Extreme upgrade for just 1 day in the main room. Others have asked her on it and she denied doing it and said she didn't know who did it.
We all know she did it. The one who gifted me Extreme also witnessed me not being able to return to the room when she secretly banned me because he was still in the room waiting for me to return. This is what it looks like when I'm banned.
I have been a high level admin of a very busy chat room and I know how it is supposed to be run when it's an "all ages chat room".
I know how IP bans work vs. getting a 3 day "disabled" account, etc. When it's both a nick name and IP ban, the room is completely blank.
I did nothing to deserve a 30+ day ban and I demand that you look into her abusive behavior towards new users that are new with no rules posted AND users that have been coming here for some time.
It's apparent that she has a PERSONAL problem with jealousy issues and takes her wrath out on me as well as others when we don't see eye to eye with her and there still are no rules broken. There also are no rules posted anywhere upon entry of the main room and all your mods and "owners" make up rules as they see fitting for themselves and not the general users.
Your paying users I notice have stopped paying and a lot also have left and have not returned because of her.
A week ago I have taken a screen shot to prove her abuse when somebody addressed someone by username and all he said was Hello.
Boom, she kicks him (_Audi_Q7) with a message accusing him of harassing a user. What's with this?
He has not said a word up until greeting a specific user and she kicked him out. What's with this? (Screen shot provided of two specific incidents)
This user did not violate ANY terms of Camfrog rules at all whatsoever and he was chatting with respect like anyone else.
She is kicking and banning people for her own personal gain and not at all in the best interest of Camfrog.
The same goes for DizzyLizzy doing the same thing as you can see in the screen shot, following the same abusive behavior to a user (frieslander) while accusing him of harassing when he was being nice and complimenting someone. There was no "sexual" content nor vulgar language. So how are these two respectable users violating terms of Camfrog?
I also have witnesses that saw her kick me out because she decided to determine that others MIGHT find that my excitement over something was offensive, although no rule was broken, and nothing bad was said. She could have asked for clarification instead of assuming what OTHERS MIGHT think. Several have said right away that I did not deserve to be kicked out. Perhaps because these people stuck up for me, she decided to secretly ban me when I said I'm out.
Apparently I was banned while I was still in the room and it was explained to me that the ban becomes effective when I leave the chatroom and find that I can't return.
This is bullying cowardly behavior and is NOT acceptable for those that pay to be in the chatroom and those that pay to gift others an upgraded account.
Since I saw how she treats people before she was owner, I have determined I will never spend a penny on Camfrog (and I haven't to this day).
She went from treating people bad to treating them the lowest you can stoop down to. She is an embarrassment to be in this position of responsibility when she isn't being responsible at all. If she was my mod, she would have been fired the day I saw how she treats people and it has only gotten worse since she became owner and it's obvious that she feels she is invincible now that she's room owner.
I am preparing to contact the CEO (Owner of entire Camfrog chat system who also owns PalTalk) in the event that things are not resolved with this abusive behavior quickly.
Many people come here for entertainment as well as people come here as it's their only window to the world if they can't leave home or have a fear of leaving home.
Also people who are depressed and suicidal come to this room, indirectly seeking help, seeking company, seeking friendship, and someone like this bully comes along and collapses what little hope some of these people had left in finding friends online here in the Camfrog room.
I am hoping you take this email seriously and I am waiting for a prompt response to all this going on in Camfrog room.
