Prepaid dog boarding and dog daycare. $1000 After 3 uses was told 6 month old dogs must be neutered. We came back after neutering and were told they had spoken to vet and he said there were behavioral issues (we called vet and they say they never spoke).
We asked for a refund and were told they don’t give any refunds. Total rip-off! Manager was on phone and refused to talk to us just told the clerk what to say.
