This rental housing property company terminated my tenancy because a spike in the demand for rental housing caused comparable quarters rentals to rise in cost above what was paying, and since the company knew they could not give us notice that our rent was robe increased by $500 a month they just asked us to leave instead. Myself and my neighbor, who had lived there for over 13 years, both of us paying our rents on time, were asked to leave at the same time for no other reason than greed! We both have a young child in our household who suffered tremendously because of this companies intentional infliction of pain.
