C.C.D. Support Reviews

  • Apr 6, 2016

C.C.D. Support (aka Cross Country Distribution) sells out-dated work-a-home opportunities. First they begin by mailing you a letter that asks you to purchase information from them (usually about $89.97). Once you do, you are submitted with an information packet that contains distributorship packages to purchase. If you buy the Gold Distributorship, you are promised to receive a discount of 20% on the items for sale in the back office area. It will take over 2 weeks for you to receive the distributorship package because they will tell you there is a problem with processing it and it's stuck somewhere in Missesota waiting delivery. Once you receive the distributorship package you are told to create accounts with eBay, Amazon and PayPal; also to submit a credit card authorization form for them to charge your credit card for the merchandise costs of products you do sell, if any. What they don't tell you is they purchase and sell out-dated closeout merchandise - basically things that retailers can't move anymore and want to get rid of. For instance: they have 32gb Verbatim Micro SD cards in the back office for sale. As a distributor your cost is about $40. They tell you that the MSRP for the item is $50. Now, for those of us that know about micro sd cards, you can buy 32gb micro sd cards from Amazon for $20 or less easily. They tell you to list your items with eBay, but what they don't tell you is that eBay has made changes to new seller accounts, with limits to the amount of products and dollar amounts you can sell in 1 months time. For instance, if you decide to sell electronics you are limited to only listing 5 item or $500 woth of merchandise, whichever comes first. Oh, but don't worry, you can make hundreds of dollars a day with their program. If you do manage to sell that micro sd card for $50 you have eBays percentage they take, plus their listing fee. You might manage to make $6 or $7 on that sale. And if you decide to sell on Amazon, C.C.D. will tell you that they have additional fees they charge for processing Amazon sold orders. Theyy also tell you not to worry because they can help you by posting items for you, listing 20 items on eBay will cost you $9. Oh, but lets not forget eBays posting limits. You can choose to sell homegoods like dinnerware which gives you a slightly bigger profit margin (about $20) but because of the weight of the item you lose money for the additional shipping costs. Don't buy their program. C.C.D only cares about taking your money, and lying about the money you can make using their program. I'm looking for a full refund with C.C.D Support, including the costs of the initial information packet i was expected to buy. Total costs are $514.97.
