Chuck Haynes and his company C&K Equipment used the fact that we were out of state buyers to scam us. We agreed that they would sell us a "top notch used equipment" that was "mechanically sound" We saw pictures of the equipment, and they answered all the questions perfectly. So after a few days of asking questions and re-verifying they convinced us of the quality of the equipment, and that we were getting a deal, so we wired the money.
A few weeks later when the machine arrived we were shattered, as we realized that we were taken advantage of, my brother and I invested all of our savings to buy this machine for a business that we were starting. We called Chuck with no answer so we loaded up the machine and took it to a local dealer to see what it would take to fix. Needless to say we currently owe the local dealership $3,000 and they want another $8,000 to finish fixing it. Not being able to fix the machine we sent it back to Chuck and as you can imagine they would not let the shipper unload it.
This is not a situation I would want anybody to go through. My kid brother and I were scammed by grown men who have been in business over 20 years, this is despicable and while I face my financial struggle now, Chuck ad his team will face it when they meet God.
