DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! If you live behind a gate and/or in a nice home, your bill automatically goes sky high! The owner Cindy Dale and her husband are crooks! (Cindy is the registered owner but her husband is the genius who really runs this dishonest company.)

They sub out the work and then jack up the price! The "estimator" Danny, came out (SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 7AM AND SHOWED UP AT 9:45AM WITH NO CALL) and never even gave us an estimate before starting the work which was important because my husband and I were not home at the time of service. When my husband called Danny, we were told that they were almost finished and told us it would be two hours @ $85 each, plus parts. The disconnect that we text a picture of and said they needed to bring ahead of time (but they didn't) is $70. Our bill should have been about $240 plus a few more parts here and there. A $300 bill is what we were expecting.

Because both times Ken, the actual electrician and Danny, the estimator that never gave us an estimate, came to our house were hours late, they had to climb through our garage window to get to the electrical panel (since we were gone) and never even double checked to make sure the hot tub was in working order before they left. When we came home, the hot tub had no power to it!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! We called Ken and he told us that he couldn't get back out to our house for a fews days and would have to charge a service call to come back out!! This is absurd!

The following day we received a call from the owner Cindy stating that she needed our mailing address to send the bill to. My husband asked her what the price was and she said it was $390. We never received that bill and instead, GOT A $611 BILL! YEP, THATS RIGHT! AND WE HAD TO GO TO THE STORE TO BUY MORE PARTS JUST TO GET THE HOT TUB UP AND RUNNING SINCE WE DIDN'T WANT KEN COMING BACK OUT!

That's not all, it gets worse... Four days after they mailed us the bill, they generated a lien letter stating WE HAD 8 DAYS TO PAY THE BALANCE OR A LIEN WOULD BE PUT ON OUR HOUSE!! Horrible service business! Horrible customer service! Horrible people in general who both cussed me out on the phone. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION OF CHARGING YOU WHAT EVER THE HECK THEY FEEL!
