Processed a huge order with C&E worth approx. 50k for Sonance equipment. Didn't get all the equipment that was ordered from him! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GUY. HE WILL HANG YOU OUT TO DRY. ONCE HE TAKES THE MONEY; GOOD LUCK GETTING THE PRODUCT; AND IF YOU GET SOME OF THE PRODUCT; DONT EXPECT OR COUNT ON HIS SUPPORT TO TRY FINISH SOURCING THE COMPLETE ORDER!
Tom Passafuime had no problem taking my credit card to process the order; however now uses sentences like
"You have no leverage with me as you and I are not engaged in any direct business relationship. You didn't by your products from me."
I have proof to show he used my credit card and therefore took money from me, but now complains that I didn't engage directly with him. What a bunch of crap.
Oh and his final words to me - "I will be of no assistance to you anymore. " I guess that's what you get for spending 50k with him!
