I order three items; 3 camera/3 extra batteries/ 3 memory card upgrades all on the same order for a total of $184.90....they charged me $184.90 three times.....I have gotten a refund for the 2 of the bogus charges and am still waiting for my dash cams to show up three weeks later.....I noticed later that they say will take 4 to 6 weeks to ship but my return policy is only good for thirty days.....by the time I receive the order my return policy time will be up if they choose to claim time starts at the time of order.....they claimed I ordered this 3 times; but that is B.S. There is no telephone number to call so its looks bad for them....I will post later and let you know what happens.
I ordered 2 Dash Cam Pros, two Dash Cam Pro battery, two 32 GB upgrade cards and paid for Insureship (insurance) as seen on https://buydashcampro.com. Ppayment was made by credit card and accepted by Inventel. When I did not receive the merchandise I telephoned, spending an entire day of calling and recalling before finalling got someone, who refused to give her name. She stated all had already been shipped and gave me a DHL tracking number her number was 26 nubers long! DHL uses 10 numbers so I recalled with same issue getting some one to answer this time I wasa given a number 29 numbers long. Currently, I'm using two phones continusally trying to get through I started at 9:45 and it is now 12:00noon.
