I was called numerous times by this company during a 2-3 week period. They claimed to be the biggest timeshare resale company on the internet, selling hundreds of propoerties each week at extraordinary prices. I told them I had three (3) timeshare propoerties in orlando that I would like to get rid of at any price, because I was a senior citizen and retired, so could no longer afford the luxury of owning them and paying the yearly maintenance fees and taxes.

These units were all fully paid for and I exopressed my willingness to give them away, if that was necessary. Thay told me they would definitely be ableto sell them at prices ranging from $10,000 and up. On October 3, 2014, I paid them $1,200 by credit card; $400 per unit advertised on their website. In the last 2 years, I have only heard from them once and that was an offer to rent one of my units on a short-notice basis for $900. I was not interested in renting my unit, but simply wanted to sell it. Also, I had already deposited the unit in RCI and used it to obtain a week in the Caribbean for my great-nephew, who is a Marine Lieutenant and was returning from a tour in Afghanistan. He was getting married and could not afford much of a honeymon, so I found him a great unit in the Caribbean and gave it to him as a wedding presnt.

This company is a total rip-off operating a timeshare fraud aimed at unsuspecting Senior Citizens, who need help.

I initially searched on the internet to find a company that would sell my timeshare for me. Quincy immediately rang me twice on my mobile phone and then asked for my home phone. He badgered me for over an hour on my home phone barely taking a breath even though I asked him to kindly let me get back to my work in the home. He sent me several emails and then rang me the next morning again, saying there was a limited time for me to get this special deal where he would sell my timeshare.

He makes you feel as though you have to make a decision now, told me I was overly analytical when I asked questions and basically tried to intimidate me into signing up with him. I told him I needed to think about it and he kept saying that he had given me enough time. When I said I needed more time he said 'you will come back with your tail between your legs'. Rude, intrusive and retaliatory.

This man is so unprofessional and toxic emotionally. He then said he would ring me Monday and that was when I blocked his email. Harrassment is an understatement. He does not listen but then when you say that to him, he reverses it by saying that he is the one not being listened to and that he works 70 hours a week to help us and that he doesn't need us, we should be grateful or something. Strange and intimidating salesman. Completely overwhelmed till I could not take him seriously at all nor trust the situation. Frightening that he has his job.
