Told me that they send me a letter on May 31, 2018. That they been trying to get in contact with me. That this was the final notice. They emailed me a letter with case number, original creditor, account number, total due amount, and settlement amount. Case file#: 239-00614CAR1736 Original Creditor: Wells Fargo Bank Account #: WF3954370411 Total Due: 1,230.78 Settlement Amount: 684.62 Mark Rios also told me that if I can’t come up with the settlement, they can report me to the IRS. He threatened me they would take me to court, and I would have to pay for; lawyer, judge, and the whole case.

This guy had called my house claiming that if I didn't pay the 900+ dollars that I could go to jail for bank fraud. He knew my social security number, birthday and address. He was very mean, and said he was an officer and I would be i trouble with the court sytem if I didnt pay this debt. Not only could I be in trouble, that there would be a criminal record for bank fraud. I have never even had a speeding ticket. So I called a criminal attorney and he said it was a scam.
I had this company call my wife's cellphone and told her they were going to sue me for some overdraft fees from Wachovia in 2009. I did not bank with Wachovia in 2009. When I called the number the lady who asnwered was combative and rude. She would not give me any information about her company until I told her my name and social security number. She ended up hanging up on me. Luckily i did some sleuthing and found out who they were. This is sickening that they pull these stunts. Someone less suspicious would have paid thier fees to avoid going to court (that was her threat). Disgusting. Someone should do something about this.
Do not give this company any personal information. I have researched this company and they are not even a real debt collection company. They left messages threatening to call the police on me. When we asked for their mailing address they would not provide that (By law they have to)
