I sent for free trial of Garcinia Cambogia, and Forskolin Burn only paying shipping and handling for $4.95, well upon receiving the product I THEN CANCEL BEFORE 30 days I was charged $87.00 dollars plus the $4.95 well I payed the 87.00 and they cancel me but they have been billing me every month since and I'm not paying I have a cancelation number. This is one of the biggest scams to date. I clicked it because it said free trial, just pay shipping. They fail to disclose they will use your shipping payment method to charge you close to $200 14 days later I've heard that it's in the agreements you have to click to get the samples. However, there was no notification of the charges before they happened, and before I knew it, a lot of money was taken from my account. As a new mom of two, missing $200 is a big deal Cannot contact customer support either. Phone number doesn't work, and email won't either. I'm the hours are off too. It notes that hours are eastern standard time but they are based out of Colorado. Long story short, they stole from me. I cannot fix this because their customer service does not exist. I regret ever clicking that ad and pity anyone else who does.
Canceled future shipments when my Doctor told me not to take the product as I am diabetic. The Company sent me more product any way and charged me. I tried to e mail a complain including my previous letter to cancel. They had the e mail cancelled and it returned to me. I have called the 866-877-8323. I never get an answer. I ordered a trial sample of Garcinia and Forskolin, for $4.95. I took the product to my doctor. He told me not to take the product as I have diabetes. Turns out they have just changed the bottle to look different than what I have tried before.

I tried to e mail the company including a bopy of my first cancel letter, it was returned undelivered.
The packages included only a cheap white piece of paper with No Price, No return address and no telephone number. In tiny print on the bottle I found a number they don't answer.
Odd how the package the product came in has only a P.O. 35530 St Petersburg, FL 33705. The bottles have a distributed by Miami, FL 33131. This is so shading you would have to be crazy to put this in your body. It needs to be stopped.
I ordered forsKolin burn as a trial offer of $1.00 . When credit card statement arrived , I had been charged $52.00. I sent a note to them on their website concerning this problem. I told them that this fraud. The following month I was charged $72.00.
This company had an online internet ad. The ad said for a limited time the first two of the supplements were free online, Then once you put your credit card info on their site in case you want to buy more. That is how they made it sound. "Try two free and buy more if you like them". only pay for shipping and handleing which I tought is fair. Thats not what happens...
Well once you click the "next" page there is a small print at the bottom (its how they get away with this scam) that says they will charge you for shipping and handleing but they will also charge you for the "free" items a week later at FULL PRICE as well! Not only is this false adverstisement but it is all so sketchy! Turns out that there is no "Free" try it sample. they send you the items then they chagre your account full price when you have all but forgotten about this whole thing! but we only thought we were paying for shipping and handeling! not $80+ to be charged when they feel like it!
So we find out we got charged a week later and we call them to cancel this order...thats when we thought it was over...but we were wrong. They wont give us a refund, and they wont take back these pills that we cant even use (because turns out they have gluten in them! Which was not supposed to be in them but this is on us for not googling what was in them...so our bad here) so they claim to have deleted our contact info and our names from their system...but a month later we get charged again! and funny thing is we dont get a second shippment of these pills either!
So the second time we get charged....we call this place again, first person we speak to says she cant help us because we are not in the system! so she gives us a number to call. Turns out it is the same exact number we just called (how does that make any sense?) and so this guy answers and he says Oh we do have you in the system and that you called to cancel last month. he just needs our cancellation number to verify that it is all done. well turns out they never gave us one! but the good news here is that he saw that we did call to stop this last month, so he will give us a refund and take us off the list. BUT he almost forgets to give us the same cancellation number he wanted from us in the first place. so he gave us this number to keep incase it happens again...well we have called our bank and been sent a new card and hopefully this will stop the charges to us! but I feel like this sketchy company is ripping off tons of people and needs to pay! get the word out about this place! it is terrible and will give you the run around and charage you like crazy if you dont pay attention!
