I was sent to Attorney Todd Newman by an elderly Man who gets his referrals from tow truck drivers. Todd Newman pays him cash for each client that he sends him. $1000 if you have a full tort case. Not sure if this is legal but probably not . Anyway he told me my case never settled but he settled it and kept the money. I only found this out after I hired another lawyer. Todd Newman is the most unethical lawyer in Philadelphia, maybe the whole United States. I am pressing charges for theft.
